I went here to go get my chin threaded and sideburns threaded. The woman that worked with me she went really rough on my skin. And she didn't remove every hair. She claimed that they were ingrown hairs but not all of them were ingrown hairs. She could've pluck them out but she didn't. The threading that they use is not soft. After I left the salon I noticed that my whole chin was red and irritated. And I also saw that I had a bunch of cuts on my face. This experience was one of the most horrible experiences I've ever had. When I went back to the salon to tell them what they did. The Woman I spoke to said she couldn't do anything for me. She was horrible to me. And she was very disrespectful. She couldn't even hold herself accountable to what she did to my face. I was telling her straight up she left my chin with a bunch of cuts and irritated all she can say was oh that she showed me already and that she couldn't do anything for me. First of all, who can see anything in that room. This business is very unprofessional they literally do threading in the dark with small lights on. I couldn't see anything but redness in that room. But when I left the room and was in better lighting I was able to see all the cuts in my chin and jawline. I ask for my money back because I was unsatisfied with the service that I was given. And she refused to give me my money back. She accused me of cutting my own face and making my face red. And she said that I could've been my mask that made my face red in full with cuts. Unbelievable a business that doesn't hold accountability to their mistakes. She's kept saying that she was not responsible for what had happened when I was her client she was in charge of taking care of me during that time and she couldn't help me. When she couldn't help me I asked if I can speak to her manager and she said she was the manager and then I asked if I could speak to somebody higher up than her she wouldn't even give me their number or any kind of contact info. She gave me a flyer to the store number she said it was her bosses number but it wasn't she lied. She was very disrespectful very rude and I am never coming to the salon ever again. I've been here a couple of times. The first time was fine but the second time, I was disappointed. The woman working there was on the phone the whole time. I don't need her to make small talk, but I do think it is important for an eyebrow stylist to discuss the client's needs during and throughout the I process. After I left, I realized that the brows turned out much thinner than I would have liked (also, one of them seems to have a weird dip in the middle). The process was also more painful than normal - my eyes even teared up. I understand that things come up ...we all have family emergencies and bad days. I would like to give the stylist (who I think is the owner) the benefit of the doubt. I went there on a whim. I had been there in the past a long time ago and was satisfied. What a mistake yesterday was . An older lady HAACKED MY BROWS! Before she started I told her to just clean them up-WELL she cleaned them up alright so that they are thin little strips- HELLO this isn't the early 2000's. She also left 1 brow long than the other. I would give 0 stars..went for eyelash extensions today. Seemed very sketchy for $30 but I gave it a try. She walked over to me with a plastic plate that had individual lashes, eyeliner, and mascara. She tried to curl my eyelashes and didn't know how..then put mascara and eyeliner on. SHE DID NOT KNOW WHAT SHE WAS DOING. Very inexperience and a waste of my money. Did not have a good experience here - the lady I had threads agonizingly slowly- so slow that it's horribly painful. I have been having my eyebrows threaded for 18 years in NJ expertly nearly anywhere I went - this was the worst! Seemed like the lady had just learned the threading skill...and she was not very good at it. I told her not to thin them out - the ends are thinned out and she cut me while threading. It still hurts - 20 minutes later. If I knew of a better place I would never have gone here. No chance next time - no matter how desperate I am. Hopefully these grow back to normal thickness before my wedding in 2 months. The only reason this place gets 2 stars is because it is clean. read more

If I can give 0 stars as a rating I definitely would. This was the worst eyebrow experience I ever had in my life. I told the lady "don't make them any thinner then they are, I just want them cleaned up and shaped" she said "I'll try" so she does the one brow and I go up to look at it and then I saw it. She basically took off half the eyebrow making them super thin to a point where it looks like a line!! At that point there was nothing to do but fix the other one to look like it and now I have disgusting looking thin eyebrows. From thick to thin. Horrible experience ever.
