Their new Temple City location is spacious, aesthetically girly, clean, and calm. Each lash tech has their own space with walls that separate them. The lashing beds are comfy, they offer blankets and I always find myself falling asleep because it's so comfortable. Shoutout to Taya Tian!! She's my go to lash girl, I only book when she's available. She's friendly, fun to talk to, and has the softest touch. I can barely feel her lashing me, I end up taking a nice (and much needed) nap! SCAM ALERT - Refused to honor Groupon…read more I purchased a Groupon for a rejuvenating facial ($24.30). Starting off, I scheduled my appointment for 6pm over the phone with the receptionist. When I arrived they made me wait over 20 minutes to start even though I was the only customer there. I informed the woman that I would be using a voucher from Groupon. She started saying the Groupon price was "wrong"...(if I found a voucher on Groupon from the business and purchased it, there should be no issues correlating to fees) She insisted that I pay out of pocket in person and claimed I would get a refund from my bank for the Groupon. This is a total lie--merchants cannot refund Groupon payments to your bank card. They are clearly trying to bypass Groupon's fees by double-charging customers and forcing them to pay cash/card on-site. She took a picture of my voucher and said she would send it to the owner so they can "issue me a refund" and told me not to directly refund my voucher through Groupon.... Why?? So you can keep my Groupon payment AND the out of pocket fee I was forced to pay? Do not come here if you have a Groupon. They will try to scam you into paying twice. I have already reported them to Groupon for fraud and I'm currently disputing the charges. The woman who performed my facial kept trying to get me to purchase other services too like extracting and microdermabrasion which I awkwardly kept declining. This was extremely annoying and uncomfortable for me. Not to mention the facial felt rushed and half assed. Whatever products they used felt cheap, dirty, and as I am updating this review the next day (4/22/26) I noticed new breakouts on my face.
