Love this place, I go every 8 weeks for a lash lift. My natural lashes look so long and dramatic!

The atmosphere is so peaceful, and you can actually feel your body slow down and relax I also tried the breathing chair and I'm OBSESSED it helped me slow my breathing down and I walked out feeling calmer, clearer, and more energized all at once I ended my visit with a sound bath which was the perfect way to fully reset my mind, body, and soul If you've been feeling stressed, anxious, or just need a moment for yourself... I can't recommend this enough ‍ 10/10 experience--this is your sign to romanticize your wellness era

Customer service. We came in early for our appointment as a couple. We were scheduled for the…read moreoxygen chairs and then the salt cave. Everything was fine until the salt cave. They weren't prepared for the amount of people scheduled to be in the room. They were short one chair for my husband. My hubby and I waited patiently outside the room for them to bring him a chair while everyone else went in. By the time they set up his chair, everyone was already lying down in their chairs with their blankets and eyes closed. My husband's chair was placed in the back of the room right under the fountain light. Before I had a chance to say something, they announced, we will be closing the door and shutting off the lights. Therefore, I didn't say anything, assuming this would include the fountain light my hubby was under. It wasn't. His light remained on. He tried his best to use the blanket he grabbed to cover his eyes from the brightness. I couldn't enjoy my own experience knowing he was placed in such an awkward position in the room. Once the session was over, I kindly asked the staff member to stay back so I can show her that his chair was placed right under the light in an awkward corner of the room. She immediately said, well you could have moved the chair around. We actually couldn't have based on the size of the room and them bringing us in at a later time, when everyone was already laying down in their chairs with their blankets. Overall, I tried to voice our disappointment with the experience in a respectful and discreet way. The employee became defensive instead of listening to our concerns. She chose to argue back. The employee finally said sorry once we were at the check out counter in-front of everyone, making it more awkward for me & my husband. We paid everything in advance, and when we were trying to leave, she stopped us and said she needed to check we were good to go. Making us stay there longer, just waiting. We don't recommend this place due to the customer service. They only offered a 50 discount for a future experience with an expiration date. We don't plan to come back.

I was so relaxed that I ended up nodding off a bit once I was on my back. Our next massages will definitely be here! --------------- My 90-min massage with Amorette was exceptional. Splurging for the 90 min session next time - worth every dollar. There was cupping included with the medical massage! It was interesting but it was my first cupping experience so I'm not sure what to expect from that yet. Loved the medical massage! I've had a deep tissue massage here as well with another therapist and the pressure was insane. I was sore for a few days afterwards but the tension in my shoulders and upper back really improved. Which has never happened before for me with a massage. I work behind a computer all day and commute 2+ hours in traffic daily so any relief in those areas is aces in my book. The office and therapy rooms are clean, have ambient lighting and calm music. Front desk staff is always welcoming as well. I always forget to bring cash so the options to Zelle the tip is brilliant. Will 1000% be returning. Thanks Knotted Up! So glad you're in the area.

You're probably thinking... mmm, a spa in Rancho? No thanks. It can't be THAT good. But it is…read more I've been to the bigger spas (Burke Williams and Glen Ivy), and I tell you, the smaller independent day spas have a leg up on their competition. Why? Because they have more time and energy to invest in satisfying their clients... while other spas seem to rush you out of the massage room in order to tend to the growing line outside. The smaller spas also have the freedom to produce a creatively peaceful atmosphere. It's a small spa, yes, and it doesn't have all of the amenities that the others do (pool and steam room)... but their massages are second to none, and sometimes, a good massage is what makes the difference between a good experience and a GREAT experience. I've been here several times, and have gotten massages by both Maria and Amanda - and while they're both very good, sweet sweet Amanda beats me up just the way I like. When I say harder, she gives it to me harder... when I say right there, nice and soft, it's done. It's the only spa I've been to that will give an hour long massage for a decent price (other places will charge more for 45-50 minutes, with no hour long option). They provide the option of maximum pressure (and pleasure)... and there's no difference in price between different TYPES of massages (Swedish vs. deep tissue, which is my personal favorite). They've really taken the time to make sure that the mood is set just right. The spa entrance (formerly located on Monroe Court) is akin to a warm and zen like garden. It's walls of terracotta and burgundy are complimented with the trickling of mock waterfall fountains, the sounds of nature, and dim lighting which aids in the overall feel of total relaxation. You leave refreshed. You've gotten a great massage, and you've gotten your money's worth.

I figured this was ok since it was a decent massage and they had a "happy hour" menu. Well, I tried calling them last week when I had an out of town guest who loves massages. No one picked up the phone at 4 pm on a thursday (that's odd! clue #1) I left a message since I know there is only one receptionist who is also the masseur. (super small business) I expected a call back within the hour. Fast forward 4 days later, no call back. My guest leaves without our spa day. I assume it was just a mistake so I call back. Now the voicemail is full and won't accept new messages. This sucks I have no idea what to do. I'm out time and money. I wasn't even that impressed with my first massage. I only liked the place because it was such a good deal. However, I'm paying for my frugality now! Edit: I just noticed how the spa only responds to positive 4+ star reviews and simply ignores the bad reviews! Simply Spoiled Spa = Simply A Bad Idea

Buyer Beware I…read morehad my first Sylfirm facial two months ago and returned last Friday for my second treatment. I've spent roughly $2,000 here, purchased microneedling & Sylfirm(lied to that Sylfirm would help my under eyes) Shortly after I got home, I received a call from the front desk claiming I had an outstanding balance for a service I NEVER received. They insisted I had been given an Agnes treatment during this current treatment & then switched to my previous visit. That is completely false. This service was only discussed and recommended to me during my most recent appointment--and I clearly declined it because I want to wait and see my results first. Instead of correcting their error, I was told it was a "miscommunication" and that they would zero out the facial and exosomes I currently have on my account to cover a charge for a service I did not receive. Taking away services I already paid for to cover their mistake is unacceptable. This feels dishonest and extremely unprofessional. If you go here, protect yourself--ask for itemized invoices, confirm every service before receiving it, and keep your own records. I will not be returning.
