But from the moment they stepped into our apartment, they started coming up with all kinds of reasons for why the smell could not be their fault. That none of their customers have complained so the problem can't be them. They even brought samples to proof it. They weren't even willing to examine our curtains until we insisted. Then we were told there was not much they can do, except to spray some fabric fresheners. They were willing to offer a refund of $60 ... for two panels of custom made curtains.

We had a contract. Later they called me claiming I would have to pay for taking down the old blinds(which was never discussed). Two days later they called me again claiming that they forgot to charge me for a winder although the window was written in the contract. In my experience, they representatives are malipulators and just trying to cheat the constumers. They are also much more expensive then other places. I feel that the store itself is very "shady"
