I had a quote within a few days. We were given samples to make our decision easier. They came out and removed our existing awning without any issues to our staff that uses that door to enter. When they installed it was the same, they were here and it was installed with no issues and again without interruption to our 24-hour operations. We placed an order with them 2 months ago. Since that time we have made several calls asking when the shades will be installed. Their answer has been "let us check and well get back to you". THEY NEVER CALLED US. Recently when I called them during their posted normal business hours their phone is not answered. When it goes to voice mail I receive the message that their in-box is full and can accept no more messages. We placed the order with another firm yesterday. Please believe the negative reviews you see here. These people are dishonest, rude, provide an inferior product and don't clean anything in between uses. I never leave reviews, but I'm making an exception because the owner is awful. Read the contract carefully before you sign. They charge for delivery, even if they don't deliver. As the previous reviewer said, everything was so dirty I couldn't bring it in my house.
