In other words, there is never a clogged gutter that would be covered as you would be told to clean the gutters yourself of the clogging, the very issue that is supposed to be avoided by the Leafaway system. For some reason they painted the roof turbine to match the roofing materials , and that paint has long since peeled off. It would have looked better had they just left it. Even worse, is that the paint is now peeling off the fascia . I think this must be substandard materials , because I believe the material came prepainted.
