It only took a few days for the entire house to be sided and it isn't a small house by any means. Their professionalism and follow up after the job was done was outstanding. This company offers a product called Leafaway Gutter Protection System that purports to provide…read moreclog-free gutters. It is a sham. Worse, they offer a lifetime clog free warranty but deny warranty claims on the ground that the clogging is due to normal wear and tear and needs normal maintenance not covered by the lifetime warranty. In other words, there is never a clogged gutter that would be covered as you would be told to clean the gutters yourself of the clogging, the very issue that is supposed to be avoided by the Leafaway system. Don't waste your money on them or their products.

This is my third experience with Millersburg Construction. They have all been okay except for two…read morethings: 1. I had a roof replaced after a hailstorm. The folks who were staying there at the time worked night shifts, sowhen Millersburg called to confirm the time and date, I said it would work as long as they came after 8:30 in the morning. The pounding started at 7:00 a.m. 2. I needed a roof replacement on my home property following a tornado. For some reason they painted the roof turbine to match the roofing materials , and that paint has long since peeled off. It would have looked better had they just left it. Even worse, is that the paint is now peeling off the fascia . I think this must be substandard materials , because I believe the material came prepainted. I recently contacted both the person who set up the work, and the person at the construction company who deals with these things. To date, I've not heard back from either one.
