1 STAR Service person came out for heater issues within 2…read morehours. Checked the connections, all good. He said the only issue is that the filter was overkill, and preventing air flow. I gave him the OK to change the filter. He was there for a total of 35 minutes. When I asked how much I owed, he paused, as if thinking about how much to charge me. He told me $120 per hour. I said it was really "steep", and he firmly replied that that's his hourly rate. I called the office and complained that that is ridiculous for changing a filter. I was told that that is a flat rate because he had to drive out. We're 5 minutes from the office. I was given a 25% discount. The service was ok, but $120 to change a filter is outrageous. We had previously used their services, but I WILL NOT use them again. I rarely review companies....Incredible service or awful experience. This is easily in the 1 STAR category.
