We have used Spray Away SoftWash for a number of years. Jim and his staff have done a great job with the following services on an annual basis. -Cleaning our roof shingles -Cleaning our driveway cement - Cleaning the cement deck that surrounds our swimming pool - Jim's "knowledge and know how" along with his overall experience and skill, plus the first class equipment Jim uses, leads to many very satisfied customers. Spray Away SoftWash serving the Mankato MN area has a process that use one third the water of traditional pressure washing, with a clean that lasts 5 to 7 longer. Our employees have passed a third-party background check and will arrive in uniforms and have ID badges. What makes our company stand out is the fact that we have been in business since 2012, our owner is a local, national, and even global mentor, teacher and coach that keeps other companies up to date on the latest cleaning and restoration processes. We served on the Soft Wash Systems Pro Staff and the Board of Directors. We belong to several trade organizations and attend several continued education events every year. We give back to many charities, including the BCRF (Breast Cancer Research Fund), and we have sponsored the Cure Bowl since 2016. Every company should come to your home in uniforms and wrapped trucks and have the appropriate insurance but not everyone can show up with almost 40 years of construction experience to serve our customers at the highest level of professionalism and care. Finally, we can clean any exterior and many interior surfaces. If you need commercial or residential pressure washing or gentle soft washing, you know we will take care of your property as if it were our own.

We also own Pro Home Builders Inc. and we decided to add exterior cleaning to our list of services to better serve our customers.

Meet the Business Owner: Jim P.

I invested 39 years in the new construction arena, and I wanted to bring that experience to another market of customers in need of exterior pressure washing services. We can clean every exterior surface from the roof, gutters, windows, siding, decks, patios, concrete, limestone and so much more. If you need pressure washing or soft washing, we can help you get your time back and take care of the dirty work for you.
