So sad to give this place a one star. I was really looking forward to it. We waited pretty much an hour for a burger and a pizza. No refills during that time. Nobody came by and said "your food will be out shortly" then when it did come out the pizza was all wrong. We asked for no black olives on it. My hubby and the waitress even joked about how much he don't like olives. And sausage we asked for sausage on half. There was black olives on half and NO sausage on the other half. The server told us she could comp half the pizza because there was black olives on it. That just rubbed me the wrong way since my son still didn't get sausage on his half. Or she said she could make another but it would prolly be an hour before it came out. And I got a Mac and cheese burger and asked for no lettuce. And you guessed it. It came out WITH lettuce. (I didn't have a problem taking it off) but the piece of lettuce that was dripping with water. The Mac and cheese was ice cold which pretty much made the burger cold. The fries were good. Then thankful that they did take care of our whole meal, but by the time we had left we had spent almost 2 hours there and still had to go get lunch at like 3:00. Very disappointing. And sad because we were looking for a new fun place to eat for family eat out days. read more

The first time I came to this place I was not expecting much. We walked in and our waitress showed us to our seats and asked for our drink orders. I asked for the lemonade out of all their various drink options and it was outstanding. The lemonade was not watery and had strong flavors that show it was reshot squeezed. Of course after the lemonade I was compelled to ask for the Rumpke Mountain Nachos and I was not disappointed. The nachos are meant for a group and the flavors were outstanding. First our table was directly in front of the door. Cold wind every time the door opened. They got 2 of our orders wrong. Next I ordered a club sandwich specifically because I didn't want a hot sandwich like a burger,etc. And nowhere on the menu was it mentioned that the club sandwich came toasted or hot. We were there around 3pm My grandson and Husband had the Kings BLT it was a lot of sandwich definitely lived up to the name. This is my second trip here. First time the server asked if we could cash out with her because it was shift change. As we were through eating we obliged. After paying and tipping 25% she asked if we could tip the next server as she would have to complete the work of cleaning. Today not very busy in here. Well staffed. We have been here for an hour. No food yet, have seen our server 3 times, and when I asked for a hichair they gave us a High top chair for a low table. This place has potential, but they need a manager and training in the worst way. Not sure if we can give it another shot. read more

We live right up the road and we were super excited to try this place out. It was just very disappointing all around. We came in at 5 on a Friday and didn't leave until 8. Everything was so so slow. Which I can understand on a Friday night it can be busy but it took 1.5 hours to receive our appetizers and then another 45 mins to get our food. The appetizers actually tasted really good but the entrees themselves were cold and not very good. Also the drinks from the bar were absolutely awful. Whoever was making them must not have followed any recipes or anything. I paid 20 dollars for 2 different drinks (I tried to order something else because the first one was so bad) both tasted awful and my friends drink was really bad too. Just very disappointed that we spent 80 dollars before tip to have bad service, bad food and awful drinks. read more

Arrived about 9 Pm Friday 5-24-24 party of 2. We were seated at a high top in bar. After 15 minutes of waiting with no service I had to go ask the hostess if someone could wait on us. Adam stopped over and took our beverage order. It took at least 15 minutes to get 2 beers! The place was not very busy. There were about 10 people at left side of bar and I didn't see a bartender ask any customers if they needed anything the whole time we were there. Adam said he had tables in the bar and a few tables in the left room next to bar. I saw plenty of staff but it was a complete meltdown of customer service. We were going to order food but since it took HALF AN HOUR to get 2 beers we decided to pay the tab and hit a drive-thru across the street. I have been in the restaurant biz 26 years. They need a shift manager proactively walking around making sure customers are being serviced. Im sure their sales will drop to the point of them struggling to stay open if the owners-management don't get their act together. read more

1st time here to watch the Bengals game. Impressed with the amount of space and TV's! Our server was Ally and she was the perfect waitress! I did notice another young lady, Kenna, that was constantly bussing tables, get drink orders for other servers, running food, & waitressing! She is definitely an asset to your place! There's not a lot of people that go above and beyond these days , and Kenna is a perfect example of a multi-tasker to make sure the customers were taken care of as well as the business!! Came out for Mother Day and was told it would be 20 minutes which turned into an hour. Once we were seated, our server was there quickly, but not very attentive after that. Our food took about an hour because we were told a larger party was in front of us, but it would be soon (another 20 minutes later). And not once did a manager come around to ask or let people know why things were slow because they weren't very busy. Place wasn't busy, walked in hostess looked at her phone for 5 minutes before realizing we were 2 feet away from her, waitress took another 10 minutes to get to our table, another 15 for my drink to get poured short ( they think they have a good bourbon selection, but it's all just sourced garbage you can find in any liquor store, nothing that is allocated). Overall 2 hours to get a burger and fries, weeknight with kids, and my favorite crappy server lines " can't I get you started with an appetizer?" and " did you save any time for desert?" The wait was 30 minutes for a table so we sat at the bar where we never got service. Once we were sat, we ordered an appetizer and we were not checked on for another 45 minutes once the appetizer came. Once we ordered, the food did not come out for another hour (we both ordered chicken wraps with fries). We asked for them to put it in to go boxes instead of bringing it out and once they did, the order was wrong. We left instead of sending it back. The atmosphere here is great. It's the nicest bar in town by far. I just wish the food was better. We've eaten here four different times now and tried 8 or 9 different things between us. There are a few bright spots (the Philly cheesesteak was really good) but everything has else has just been meh. Hoping they get that worked out over time bc this place has so much potential! Beautiful place, nice to have a place to hang that is more than stick chairs and beer signs. The food is great, service good every time. However, one exception.....the entertainment is TERRIBLE. The service here was horrible. Our server her name was Lindsey was very rude and acted like she had no idea what was going or how to take an order. Our server cashed us out quickly while my friend still had a full beer left and we told her we were going to wait until 1pm so we could get bloody Mary's. She ignored us and brought out the check anyway. We figured that she was done with us so we went up to the bar once it was 1pm to get bloody Mary's. We brought them back to our table and the server came up to rudely tell us that if we wanted more drinks we needed to go through her to get them. My girlfriend and I are not from here but but we came down to visit our friends for the weekend and they recommended this place. I'm only giving this a one star just because the server was bad. We went on a Friday night around 5:45 as a party of six. We were seated immediately and initial service was good. We ordered drinks and appetizers that were good. It went totally down hill from there. It was a long time before our food arrived and the server joked about it. When it did arrive all entrees were cold. My wife's sliders looked like charcoal briquettes and her fries were covered with pepper. She is allergic to pepper so she asked if she could get new fries without pepper. The server told her they come pre-spiced. I couldn't believe they couldn't do fries without pepper on them. I was the only one who sent the entree back as ice cold pulled pork isn't my thing. They brought another that was half the size and warm not hot. It had very little slaw and sauce so it was completely dry. All in all it was a miserable experience and there was nothing done by the server to make it better. Most decent restaurants would exclude some of the costs to compensate for the time it took to get food and poor quality after it arrived. It will not be first choice for a return visit. read more
