Everyone I spoke with at Foothills was extremely customer service oriented and knowledgeable. They were recommended as a resource by my contractor. The selection here was amazing and we always find great prices as well. If you are doing a DYI project or a professional contractor, they offer a great selection of products in every category you can think of. The pictures I posted tell that story. We went in for a small dolly since Harbor Freight offers them a a better price than you would pay for just the wheels at another big box store to make one yourself. This is a great store for Elkin and I hope they do well in this area.

I did, anyway. So it's wonderful to see two familiar faces when I go to Hometown Hardware. This store is smaller than St. Paul Builders, but Steve and Jerry are quick to order anything you need. I wanted some DAP plaster-of-Paris powder, and it was waiting for me the next time I went in--and at a good price. Steve and Jerry are professional, accommodating, and also very nice and friendly. I predict that Hometown Hardware will become as much a local institution as St. Paul Builders was. And I very much appreciate that I don't have to drive a long way just to pick up hardware and supplies. The location in downtown St. Paul is extremely convenient.
