If you want to sit down and enjoy a sunny hot day, this would be the restaurant to pick at the Ritz-Carlton. We got seated right away and the pace of the meal was good. Our server was not great, since he took a while to come to our table, spilled ice on our table, did not refill our water and forgot to bring the condiments we asked. As for the food, it is overpriced but that is what you expect while dining at a high end hotel. We ordered the classic burger with caesar salad, the churrasco quesadilla, the classic burger with fries and a pitcher of farm fresh sangria. I was the only one that enjoyed the meal and the sangria. My burger was cooked well and the caesar salad even though it was small had a good dressing and good parmesan cheese. The sangria was light, refreshing and not overly sweet. The great ending to our meal with the sunny weather.

This is a pool bar type setting. Outside seating that's under a roof. The service was very good, from the time you're greeted to the time you get the bill. The food was good, nothing great or had the wow factor though. Now the portions are something to write about. I ordered chicken Tenders and fries. The fries, by the way, are considered a side order. Extra money. They bought me out maybe 8 or 9 huge tenders! I mean it was enough for 2 people easily. The fries came in a large bowl, huge portion as well. 5 stars for quantity. The drinks were good, not a big selection on the menu, but I assume you can ask for a different drink made special. It's the Ritz-Carlton so expect everything to be overpriced. An order of chicken tenders, wings, 2 orders of fries, 2 drinks cost 135.00. Oh and they add 18% tip automatically to your bill, so be mindful of that.

Stopped by right around opening time at 11 and met with friendly service. Erica was fantastic! It was a hot summer day but the seating was shaded which made it bearable. I loved the overall look of the place with pretty blue walls and matching color scheme of the furniture. We had free drink cards issued by the ritz and we were able to order drinks beyond the monetary stipulation- Erica was super patient and gave us great recommendations as we thought through our options. Ended up picking a mango mojito (delish), virgin strawberry mojito (equally yum and super sweet), and sangria (made with fresh fruit from the farm on site). The chips and salsa were shockingly my favorite thing- there was something about the salsa flavor I couldn't quite figure out but I wanted to keep eating. The wings were sweet and pretty big in size. The fish tacos would have been better with more sauce other than salsa. The salad was flavorful but also something I felt I could replicate at home. Would definitely come back for drinks and some apps!

This place is amazing! We loved the salads, fries and turkey and avocado sandwich. Highly recommend this place

Great view of the lake while you eat!

Grabbed lunch here on our first day in Orlando. It was exactly what we were looking for....outdoor seating in this beautiful Florida afternoon and delicious food. I highly recommend the black bean and quinoa burger for the non-meat eaters!! My husband had a fresh grouper sandwich which looked wonderful! The house made chips are delicious (I "upgraded" to the fries and wished I hadn't). The view is great and the food is fresh and delicious...what more could you ask for! Our server was very friendly as well! We will be back!

Bleu is the poolside restaurant at the Ritz Carlton Orlando. We changed and went down to the pool as soon as we checked in. A waitress promptly took our order and had our food and drinks out quickly. I ordered some sort of watermelon drink, the bartender knew what they were doing. Fish tacos were a bit on the small side, which is expected poolside and we intended it to just be a snack. Great little place to hang out.

Part of the Ritz-Carlton a great place to unwind. Close to pool, lake, view, and libation's! Will definitely recommend. Service excellent, prompt, curious, and spot on. Everything you would expect from the Ritz-Carlton.

Food quality is good but the pool side service is incredibly slow. Still nice to grab a bite to eat while lounging pool side.

Let's focus on the positives first: the atmosphere is incredibly fun and the live music Saturday night was a perfect touch at the bar. There were plenty of fun activities for the kids and there was an all-you-can-eat buffet for the kids with fried chicken and shrimp, macaroni and cheese, fries, and red velvet cupcakes. $25 is a deal if your child would chow down on shrimp, but it might not be a great deal if your child is usually full after four bites. Our server was absolutely fantastic, friendly and very attentive. We started off the dinner with some fantastic deviled eggs and a lemon cello cocktail. I ordered the shrimp and grits and was really disappointed with the tiny, overcooked shrimp and crawfish that accompanied the slightly bland grits. The shrimp on the kids buffet was at least four times larger than the sad little shrimp in my dish. I think the sausage was cut into smaller chunks just so it wouldn't be so obvious how small the shrimp was. My husband didn't love his heirloom tomato salad and said the Wagyu appetizer was disgusting. Dessert was mediocre. The macarons that accompanied my crème brûlée were stale and chewy. This is a fun spot for a drink and appetizer, but I would skip eating dinner at Highball & Harvest.

For a simple meal for two people, the service was unreasonably slow throughout the evening. Our server, Svet, was polite and personable, but friendliness alone could not make up for the delays. The hummus appetizer was excellent and was easily the highlight of the meal. It was flavorful and served with pita, cucumbers, carrots, and red peppers. The food presentation overall was attractive and showed promise. The most serious issue occurred when my son ordered a refill of his virgin mojito and was served a drink containing alcohol. He immediately noticed something was wrong after taking a sip and handed it to me. I tasted it as well and confirmed that it contained alcohol. Serving alcohol in a child's drink is a significant mistake and should never happen. We also ordered the steak frites based on a recommendation and were told it was exceptional. Unfortunately, the steak was extremely tough and chewy, making it difficult to eat and far from what was described. Management apologized and removed the steak from the bill, but the combination of excessive wait times, the alcohol mix-up involving a minor, and the disappointing entrée left a poor overall impression.

The fries were also cold and hard, so that side definitely missed the mark. Overall, it was not a bad experience, but it also was not one that would make me rush back. The restaurant seemed understaffed. there were only one waiter and waitress working the entire time we were there. I would not try again.

Sunday brunch is a busy time for them so plan accordingly if going then. And I highly recommend a reservation. Ok, first the toffee cake. It's like a monkey bread but better. So delicious but super decadent and sweet so a good coffee or brunch cocktail is helpful. The cheese board was also amazing. Made in house, it's a good appetizer to prepare for the rest of the meal. The carrot cake pancakes were INSANE!!! I love a carrot cake and these were that but for breakfast. It's a big portion so good to share or get as your main. The breakfast pizza was also so good. Spicy and filling. The eggs can also be prepared anyway you choose. Major hit with my crew. 10/10 definitely recommend. Can't wait to go back!

I know there are a few locations but we planned to stop at this location specifically during a last min birthday staycation (but not *on* my brthday) If you look online this routinly is on lists of date night and good group dining spots and there will inevitably be a ton of people in the comments complaining about it being "mid" or "basic" but that wasn't our experience at all. We had a great experience here. We initially booked for the first time of our staycation but called last min to push back a few days as I wasn't feeling very well. It was no issue at all and they changed our reservation without issue or complaints & wished me well. The space is really cool. MCM in design with a touch of California beach bungalow. We were seated in a back room with a view of the lake behind. It was a bit loud but most places are these days. I am deaf in one of my ears so one I told our server & she spoke up over the noise and it was a non-issue. Appreciated because that's not always the case. We ordered a glass of wine and the "Shirley After Dark" cocktail (I know it's a wine bar but I just felt like a cocktail) loved it. Would absolutely order it again. We ordered the house salad which was far from basic and delicious and fresh. Very light and decent size. My husband also aired the Cauliflower app which was massive. The hummus was delicious. I'm not a fan of cauliflower but he raved about it. We also split the Butchers Pizza and had them out the hot honey on the side. I can't do spice after destroying my stomach in college so they brought me a side of normal honey so I could hector full flavor profile within my dietary needs. We got to speaking with our server whose name I unfortunately can't remember (light blonde shoulder length hair if management reads this) & she was very knowledgeable about the wine selection. We're not white wine drinkers but the FL heat is a little too much for a glass of red most days so we're trying to get into it. She had 3 recommendations and brought me all three to taste. Unfortunatly I enjoyed was sold out by the time we ordered it (which at the height of tourist summer isn't beyond the realm of reasonability) We then ordered the affogato and olive oil cake. Both were delicious. It was my husband's first time trying an affogato and it has since become a favorite of his. It was mentioned in passing while chatting that we were in a last min staycation as it was my birthday week and we didn't plan anything in advance and made it clear it was not my birthday but she still comped my cocktail and the olive oil cake and wrote a lighthearted "sorry we were out of the wine" on our receipt. Which was a genuinely nice & unexpected gesture. The entire meal was quite affordable even before anything got comped compared with other options of the same caliber in the area. Portons are quite large as well. While I don't love communal tables typically, almost no one was seated at the same table and if they were it was quite far apart (see photos). I can see that being bothersome on a busy night but we were there on a summer night (busy enough to run out of a wine) so I can't imagine it being typically worse than that So I say again, I don't understand what people don't like about this place. We'll be back.

I ordered the Classic Chicken burger, and it seems they've changed it from what I remember. Instead of the chicken being made with fresh chicken pieces, it was a standard chicken patty. It wasn't bad, but it lacked the flavor and texture that made me order it in the past. I also noticed the sauce's now appear to be pre-packaged rather than available at the self-serve side station like before. One thing I missed was being able to grab all the sauces from the side station. While the pre-packaged options are convenient, they take away some of the flexibility and experience that made this place unique. It looks like they're currently remodeling or updating the restaurant, so perhaps some of these changes are temporary. The staff was friendly, service was good, and the restaurant was clean despite the ongoing work. I'll still come back because I've had many good experiences here over the years, but I'm hoping the Classic Chicken and some of the features that made this place stand out return once the remodel is complete.
