You place your order at the register, pay, and then pick it up once your name is called. I'm not sure how but the staff at the register accidentally charged me $43 for two burgers and when I questioned it, she fixed it and brought it down to $27. That's a bit of a significant difference. The sauces are also no longer available at the bar where you used to have easy access to them. The burger itself was still delicious, and I'm grateful for that!
