Meiling was very patient with me trying on multiple pairs of sunglasses and was able to help me find the most flattering pair within my budget. I ended up going with a different style of Ray Bans. She even cleaned and tightened the arms on the pair of Michael Kors that I came in with. There are other sunglasses that I really liked, especially a pair of Miu-Mius. There were out of my price range, but so cute.

I was told my sunglasses would be able to be replaced with subscription lenses, of course that's not the case, they never gave me a refund until I called them out on it claiming "they can't give a refund without a physical card present" .... But then ended up giving me a refund 10 mins later when i was going to dispute the charges with my credit card. Absolute garbage. They keep making comments without spending a minute of effort to find out facts. You'd think they'd apologize or offer a discount for their errors, nothing.

We were greeted by Dina, who's sales and customer service skills are unmatched. I purchased two pairs of Jacques Marie Mage frames, along with lenses, totaling $3200. Dina provided a timeline which was reasonable based on the unique lens shapes and frames. Four weeks pass, and I hear nothing, so I called. No, answer so I left a voicemail, no call back. Then, a second call, same experience. I then walked to their store for an update, to find a note on their door saying they were closed due to a staffing issue. So I called their other location and was told they could not assist with transactions at the Atlantic Ave location. Two days later I was able speak with someone on the phone. I was told one pair was completed, and ready for pickup. However, he was quite flustered, and short, explaining he was alone in the store and would be leaving soon. I rushed in, was handed my glasses and he scurried away. I asked for info on the second pair and received a vague answer, once again being told he was alone, and very busy. Two weeks later I called and was told the second pair had just been sent to the lab and he did not know the timeline. I refreshed his memory on the transaction and he said he would research it and call me back. An hour later he called saying they were done and in the store, I told him I'd be in later in the day to pick them up. I walked to the store around 3:00 only to find another note on the door saying he was closed due to no staffing. Frustrated I walked down the avenue and grabbed a bite, walking back, and past I noticed now it was open so went in. He was alone again, clearly agitated and retrieved my second pair. This time I was able to try them on, get them fitted, etc, but he was being a pompous ass the entire time. It's beyond my comprehension that a business that appears to be of this caliber would operate at this level, completely dropping the ball, zero communication, zero service, zero customer service, zero staff, and blatantly rude. I was so thrilled to find this business, and the glasses I purchased, but due to the post-sales experience I would have a hard time patronizing them in the future.

They have the patience of a saint . I cant forget Savage he was a big part in the selection process. I highly recommend Seaview Optical for all your eyeglass needs , you wont be disappointed .

I was advised the lenses would need to be remade. Upon returning two weeks later, the issue persisted. I then worked directly with the manager, Chris Childress, who assured me the problem would be resolved. However, after another visit, the glasses were still incorrect. This total process lasted 5 weeks! Due to these repeated errors, I requested that my order be canceled and refunded. To make matters worse, the manager, Chris Childress responded rudely and showed little concern.  Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Seaview Optical in Delray Beach, Florida.

Had no idea this store was here. What a nice surprise…read more Located on Federal Highway and Linton in a busy shopping center. Theres a Trader Joe's so parking may be a bit crazy on the weekends. The store is nicely laid out and easy to navigate. It's clean and bright and I found the assortment of women's clothes was much nicer than the Boca store. The shoe department was really good too. I ended up picking up a nice pair of sandals. The checkout line was long, but the police kept it moving and it went quickly. All in all it was a nice little shopping experience and I know I will be back.

Very poor board short selection, this means I only have about five suits to choose from in my size. One year ago I went to Delray eye optical to have my son fitted for contact lenses and had a…read morewonderful experience.I was about to make another appointment a year later, when I received a phone call from a man named Randy, stating that Delray eye optical was sold and the new place was called Eyewear Candy and he was the new proprietor. So I decided to give this place a chance. The eye exam went fine and I had ordered yearly supply of contacts from them. Now when you order a yearly supply of contacts you're eligible to get a rebate up to $250. We do it each time I order contacts for my son and then we usually apply for rebate shortly after. To get a rebate all you need is a receipt from the eye store that you had an exam and a proof of payment for yearly supply of contacts. Never had a problem applying for rebate until I started dealing with EYEEWEAR CANDY!!! Did not get a receipt from them for a couple of moths.Took forever, literally months and months of emails and visits to the store until they provided me with information needed. Finally after trying to input information for rebate I find out that they're not even registered with Acuvue!!! The name of their business is nowhere to be found on the Acuvue site! Tried calling the owner, but he would not return my calls:(( Also I found out that they were dishonest with me and Delray optical was never sold or closed!!! They're in business and doing very well. As a matter of fact the owner Sammy will be kind enough to help me finally get my rebate!!! D efinitely would not recommend Eyewear candy to anybody!!!
