Missy was super nice and thorough and took the time to discuss my hair with me, make suggestions and listen to my concerns. She and Gia were so kind and did everything they could to make me feel comfortable, and I was really happy with my immediate results. Now that I have been here for the third time and I feel like what my old salon did to my hair color is behind me, I can truly say that my hair has never looked better. Missy is a master with color and cuts and Gia is so amazing and gentle with blowouts and styling that not only did I love my hair, but I also felt like I had just had a massage. I felt so much happier and better about myself when I left the salon, and I received more compliments on my hair yesterday than I did in all the years of going to my old salon. As a bonus, the shop itself is lovely, immaculately clean and fun. Missy has given me helpful tips as to how to care for and style my hair at home, has recommended products and has been honest with me about cut, color and styling suggestions to suit my hair and face. I came the second time, I still didn't get what I had requested. I was very disappointed with the final result, especially considering the amount I paid. After expressing my concerns, I was told that the owner would reach out to me to address the situation. It has now been over a month, and I still have not received a call, message, or any follow-up whatsoever. I understand that things can happen and that not every service goes perfectly, but what really disappointed me was the lack of communication and customer service afterward. If a customer spends $402 on a service and is unhappy with the result, I believe their concerns should be taken seriously and addressed in a timely manner. I gave the salon the opportunity to follow up before leaving this review, but after more than a month of waiting, I feel that my experience deserves to be shared. I would not recommend spending this amount of money somewhere where there is no follow-up or accountability when a customer is dissatisfied.

I also was able to have a choice to select someone or select the option of any stylist - which I opted to. The salon is super clean, modern and has a white and gold vibe which I loved. There was free parking in the back and in the front with an entrance to both. I was paired with Alicia. I got a wash, cut and blowout. I just told her I wanted to cut a few inches off, add some shape and have it not feel so heavy. She did a wonderful job and was efficient as well. When I worked there, my hair was super busted, and the stylists cut and color corrected my hair for no charge, which was so incredibly sweet. They are truly committed to their clients, treat their employees with respect, and maintain a very clean and sanitary environment. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I have had 2 cuts and a trim and my hair has never looked so good. She not only does my hair now but also my mother in law who is extremely picky AND my daughter who does not like anyone near her butt length hair! I have also referred several friends and they are just as happy as I am. She does it all and the thing I like most is she gives a one on one consultation before she starts to cut.
