The form of the draught beer is consistently of high quality. The staff are very friendly and there is always a warm atmosphere. It can get a little cramped sometimes, due to it's own popularity, so if you want a seat, I'd advise an early (pre-20:00) arrival. They had a recent renovation, which made the interior look a lot lot better than what I remember and it looks like somewhere you'd choose to spend a whole evening in. I was told that they launched a good food menu, as they now have a nice kitchen, but sadly didn't get a chance to try while I was in. It's just a cosy, friendly local pub and I can honestly say if I still lived in the area, I'd be back from time to time for a swift pint.
