What a lovely, intimate addition to the northside. We went on a Saturday night and were greeted so warmly right away. It was busy, but not loud at all--everyone kind of settled into their own conversations, which made it feel really cozy. We had a French martini, a Champs Élysées, and a Maison Old Fashioned to start... great drinks all around. For dinner, we ordered the French onion soup, house salad, Basilic Poulet, and a Croque Monsieur. Everything felt thoughtful and really well done. Nothing felt rushed, which made the whole experience even better. We finished with chocolate mousse and an espresso, which was the perfect ending. Honestly, it just feels like a really well put together place. The ambiance, service, food... everything clicked. We'll definitely be back and already plan to bring friends.

Vibes are unique, can't tell if it's authentic to France bc I haven't been there yet Laidback and elegant atmosphere; good for date or friend reunion bc it's very relaxed experience and you don't feel rushed; I enjoyed all the items I got Location kinda interesting because it's in a plaza between Kohl's and Walmart (does not affect review tho) Napoleon 9/10 - was strong but didn't taste too strong; also prob bc it's whisky based and prosecco so I felt flushed in 3 sips The dead in Seine mocktail 9/10; kinda like a fruity mojito; the watermelon didn't taste super artificial (which I'm particular about) Escargot 7.8/10 - I like the sourdough bread dipped in garlic butter; escargot tasted a bit ocean-y Beef Bourguignon 8.5/10 - gravy-like wine reduction sauce with beef; I like how small the veggies were diced; solid standard mashed potatoes Chicken 8/10 - chicken was fine; I like the sauce vodka marinara; was quite hefty all together with the burrata (the cold burrata helped contrast the heaviness a bit) Creme brulee 8/10 I had this dessert like 4 times (in general, not here) and this was the first time I had a satisfying crack

Such a cute place! Given the area it's in, you definitely wouldn't expect to walk into what you actually do. It's absolutely gorgeous with pink velvet chairs at the bar, and French inspired interior. We were greeted immediately upon walking in the door. It's smaller than what I was expecting, but I think it works! I will say, probably not the best for large parties over 6-8. Here's what we tried: +french onion soup - very good 9/10 +shrimp pasta - 8/10 (didn't try the shrimp, but pasta was extremely fresh!) +steak fries - 8/10 +creme brulee - 8/10

This was probably the most aesthetically beautiful restaurants I have ever been to. If I could design a restaurant. It would look just like this. I had seen this gorgeous cocktail online asked the waitress what it was. She said it was the Legion. So thats what I ordered. It was just as pretty in person and tasted great as well. Our waitress was really sweet and attentive. I ordered the Salmon my entree. The presentation was lovely. The salmon had a nice, light flavor. It came with a cauliflower puree. The food was good but the atmosphere is what will have you coming back.

This place popped upon my social media so of course I just had to try, so invite my girlfriend and we went. When mapped the directions I was confused where it was mapping me because it is in the same area as the local Walmart, I drove around looking for a standalone building so kept passing it! I later realized it was literally in the plaza. So let's just say, from the outside you have no idea that you will be walking into the most sleek, pretty place ever that makes you feel like you are in Paris! They left no stone unturned here, they literally thought of every detail. The chairs, the seating, the lights, the music, the silverware, everything is so on point. When I came it was day 10 of them being open. The server was transparent that they were still working on a few things but honestly I would say there isn't much to work on. While I didn't oder an adult beverage, a couple other tables around me did and they look amazing. My food I ordered was really good, chicken and it had sun-dried tomatoes, capers, and some other yummy stuff, I also had a side of fries which were good. My friend got the Salmon and she said it was also really good. The GM was walking around asking for feedback which was really thoughtful, indicating they just really want to get it right. I strongly suggest you stop in even if just for drinks.

I went on opening night, so I was not expecting everything to be perfect. That being said, the service was a little confusing and slow, but our server and the managers were all friendly and kind. We made reservations ahead of time. I communicated with the GM that one in our party is vegetarian to which they responded they could make vegetarian recommendations. With that being specifically communicated, I assumed that there would be thought out dishes which was, unfortunately, not the case. Once I arrived, they recommended two salads to which they could add tofu. The burrata salad is mislabeled as vegan on their menu. I ended up ordering the mix salad with tofu. It was really soggy and quite flavorless. I also ordered the mashed potatoes which were creamy and very delicious! My partner had the Mussels and the French Burger which he really enjoyed a lot. The bread that comes with the Mussels was also fantastic. Super fresh and buttery, absolutely delicious. We also each had a few cocktails - the French Martini and the Napoleon 15. These were both super yummy! The martini was very smooth and had a subtle sweetness while the Napoleon 15 was sweeter but not overbearingly so. I would recommend both. The bar service was quite slow but they'll likely improve with practice. The GM did speak with us before we left, wanting to hear our thoughts which we freely shared. They do plan to make improvements to their menu for those looking for vegetarian and gluten free options. They also plan to have a rotating menu, so I may check back in a few months from now. Despite the disappointing entree selection, my experience was still mostly positive.

I really liked this small, strip mall, family French Bistro shoved in next to a Walmart of all places. The space is well appointed and has a nice, relaxed feel to it. Our service was excellent throughout. Everything felt well thought out. We began with drinks from a very creative drink menu. My wife had the Legion with rum Aperol, orange liqueur, gold edible luster and this amazing "house foam." Really attractive as well as tasty drink. I had the Napoleon made with bourbon, raspberry puree, Cointreau, Campari, lime juice and prosecco. If anyone would have told me that bourbon, Campari and prosecco would mix I would have said they were crazy. But, I ordered it and it was excellent. We shared a French Onion Soup for a starter and it was filled with flavor. Good, sweet onion flavor and not overpowered with the broth as so many lesser soups are. For main courses, my wife had the French Burger with brie, caramelized onions and Ble sauce. Not exactly sure what was in the sauce, but she was very happy with it. I had Basilic Poulet. IT is hand breaded herb chicken over a basic-vodka marina and topped with burrata and sauteed garlic mushrooms. What an interesting flavor and texture combination. It all mixed so well. Plus, adding to the unique mouth appeal is the fact that everything is cooked hot, except the burrata which is added cold to the top so it kind of melts in. Great meal.

Went to a cute French restaurant for my birthday this year. We usually try places in the city so we picked somewhere that we wouldn't normally frequent. Do I need to go all the way out here again, no but if you're in the area try it out. The French onion soup 10/10. My entree was okay nothing to brag about but the ambiance inside the restaurant is modern an interesting to look at. Our service was good so no complaints there. I do recommend making a reservation since it isn't that big.

This location did fool us as it's in a strip mall and we popped in running errands. The vibe inside is lovely and feels very Parisian. We got the shrimp pasta and steak and both meals were delicious. Can't wait to come back for a girls night for drinks and dessert. Our server was very fun and attentive.

An absolutely incredible dining experience -- Paris in Noblesville! My partner and I visited Ble to celebrate my birthday a little early, and it was perfection from start to finish. From the moment you step inside, you feel completely transported -- the atmosphere is elegant, intimate, and beautifully designed down to the smallest detail. The service was exceptional -- warm, attentive, and genuine -- and the food was simply outstanding. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. You can tell that great care and passion go into everything they do here. It's hard to believe this restaurant has only been open a couple of weeks. They're already operating at the level of a well-established fine dining destination. If you're looking for something special -- romantic, refined, and delicious -- Ble is an absolute gem. We will definitely be back!

The hostess was completely dismissive as take the table we give you or leave. It was my sister's birthday so we didn't have much choices if we left for a Saturday night. We sat down to order drinks and the bartender missed the mark in the Mule drink. It was all the taste of jalapeño to the point a different drink has to be ordered. So far not a good start to the night. We ordered empanadas as an appetizer and 2 were served in a plate with a side of salsa. They were very bland with no flavor in the filling. The puff pastry and the salsa were the substitute for the flavor. Entrees were Crab stuffed Salmon with Asparagus, tomato/horseradish soup with 2 cheese crostini's, 2 small crunch salads. The portions were on mark,Not too big not too small. Salmon was blackened and cooked to perfection. Salads had fresh veggies and the dressing complimented the dish. The soup is amazing however it was served more in the warm side. The server was sub par. Not too friendly, she was all business and didn't t see her much. This was the 4 time I was there and was so disappointed this time. The food was good but the service was horrible.

When Plan A Falls Through, Sometimes You Find Something Better…read moreOur original restaurant choice was closed for the month. Time for a pivot. My father-in-law works downtown Noblesville and suggested we try Bar Ellis. Little did we know, we were about to stumble into one of the best dining experiences we'd had in a long time. Walking through the door, I was immediately struck by the interior. Historic brick walls met comfortable, chic modern design. The space was warmly lit and welcoming, and fortunately, so was the team at Bar Ellis. The hostess seated us quickly, and Grant, our server, arrived moments later with drink menus and a genuine smile. Then came the real challenge: helping my non-seafood-eating wife find a gluten-free option she'd actually enjoy. After a thoughtful conversation with Grant, she made her choice. I followed, excitedly ordering the salmon BLT. "Is this one any good?" I asked. Grant's face said it all. I was in for a treat. He wasn't exaggerating. My sandwich was one of the best I've ever had. The salmon was perfectly prepared. The bacon was crisp and full of flavor. The bread was toasted just right, crispy but not too thick. Every element worked in harmony: the crunch of the bread, the tenderness of the salmon, the crisp bacon, all elevated by a dill mayo that tied everything together. I know it's "just" an elevated BLT. But it's the best one I've ever had. I was genuinely sad when it was over. It was one of those rare meals that left me wishing I could be hungry all over again. As we finished, I sought out the manager, Chamron. She greeted me warmly and asked how everything was. After sharing my compliments about the food and service, I asked about the story behind Bar Ellis. She smiled and told me about two sisters and a brother-in-law, a chef with a passion for exceptional food and desserts, who dreamed of creating a restaurant that was both classy and hip. Then she shared something unexpected: Bar Ellis transforms on Friday and Saturday nights from 9 PM to midnight. Friday features karaoke, Saturday brings live music, and the whole place shifts to a 21-and-over scene. Even the lighting changes, creating a darker, moodier atmosphere. The scratch kitchen stays open throughout, so you won't miss out on that incredible food. I'm usually too old to be out that late, but I just might need to make an exception to experience this transformed space and enjoy that delicious salmon BLT again. If you're looking for a restaurant that's genuinely cool, serves exceptional food, and employs a team that actually cares about your experience, check out Bar Ellis in downtown Noblesville. You won't regret it.

The service - exceptional. We ordered the lemon drop martini, Elmo Cola, the Gatsby and liquid love affair. I asked for the liquid love affair to have a very light pour of alcohol and they obliged. Everyone loved their drinks. Even me. And I am NOT a drinker. We ordered shrimp cocktails, lobster bisque, steaks and lobster. Everything so good. My son's steak was overdone but they happily remade it and ALL the sides that came with it. Just immaculate service. We also ordered the chocolate mousse pie. We asked our server to place the candles we had brought on top. Lemme tell you. The service. Just so good. She realized they were sparkler candles so she waited to light it until she was at our table. We did ask the manager if we could present our son his gift during dinner. It was a firearm and we didn't wanna cause any drama or "unsafe" feelings even though, obvi, it wouldn't have been loaded. We did want to respect the establishment and their other patrons. He kindly declined and, of course, we understood. Can we talk about service? Just so exceptional. Customer service for me will make or break any experience. The bills was... A LOT. Next we had some steak fajitas with rice. I was not a fan of the rice and the steak wasn't seasoned to my liking but still a good dish! Lastly we had dessert that put me in the mind of being at the state fair. It was a pastry fried (think like funnel cake taste) and fruit ...so yummy! Now the margaritas! Enjoy as much it as little as you like! I loved experimenting and trying different combos. My favorite was the mango spicy flavor! It's not much to look at from the outside - in small strip mall off Fall Creek about 2 miles north of 96th, but the inside is both luxe and comfortably cozy. At just 12 tables, you get your table for the night, so there is no rush and your evening can be as long as you want to make it. They also have a gorgeous little side wine room that you can rent for parties of 6-8 for dinner. And there's a little bar area that seats maybe 4-6. We had reservations for 6pm, so there were only 2 or 3 other tables occupied when we got there, but they filled throughout the night (& we left close to 8pm). Our server Shaunda was delightful, and the owner Dan came around and checked on all the tables a few times as well. We were presented with a cous cous amuse bouche, a nice refreshing bite to start the evening. Hubs had an Italian Old Fashioned and I asked our server to pair wine for me, so it was a Decoy Sauv Blanc with our first course - the mussels. We asked for extra crostinis in order to soak up more of the delicious sauce they came in. Next was the beet arugula salad, so good! For entrees, hubs had the pappardelle bolognaise and got an iced T, and I had the short ribs with risotto, paired with a glass of cab franc. Dessert was coffee (americano) for each of us, and we split the tiramisu (see all my pics). We ate and enjoyed everything! Total with tax was right at 200 before gratuity. As soon as we sat down, our server came right over and explained how the menu is laid out and how the courses are brought out. I will say, this is not a place to go when you are rush. It is meant to be slow, so you can settle in and enjoy your food, enjoy the company and just be in the moment. We were probably there just over 2 hours for just the two of us. Chef Dan came out many times to chat with us and really made us feel welcome. Telling us different stories, walking us through what we were eating, and just made us feel like we were special. While everything was amazing, a few standout things I would like to mention: The Mussels were amazing, such good flavor so if you are fan, make sure you order them. The caesar salad comes disassembled, and the anchovies are sold separately, (I didn't realize it when I ordered it), we ordered a few desserts and they were all amazing. Can't go wrong there.
