These are some of the best waffles I've ever had in my life, combined with the best mascarpone whipped cream I've ever tasted. The Classic was all I needed to appreciate how great this place is. I can't write anymore because I've got to get back to this waffle quickly. This is how waffles are supposed to taste.

Ambiance 10/10 When I first stepped foot into the…read morerestaurant, I instantly got this retro vibe. I just love the color of the seating and how comfortable the atmosphere was. Service: 10/10 The employees were very friendly. They were kind and had a nice smile on their face. That is what customers should be looking for when being approached by waiters or waitresses. They were very helpful with the menu option. Food: 10/10 I started with their hot chocolate with whipped cream. Man! It was delicious. The whipped cream, by the way, is optional. It does not automatically come with the hot chocolate. The texture was just right. I picked a good day to drink hot chocolate. I have also ordered their standard Belgian Waffles with a side of sausage. I have to admit, I was slightly disappointed with the quantity of the waffle. They only give you one. Additionally, you'd have to ask for the butter. Butter does not automatically come with the waffles. The syrup is or at least should already be on the table once you're seated. Even though I only got one waffle, it was delicious. Furthermore, you have the option to add whipped cream to the waffles. They will add the whipped cream to the waffles for you. The same can be applied to pancakes. When all is said and done, they will offer you a blow-pop lollipop. Overall 9.5/10 I will be back. I am unsure if they do reservations. It wouldn't be surprising if they did. Their menu options and pricing were reasonable.

The shrimp were a little too salty. But they were good. The part that irked me was that they gave me the shrimps in a container that was closed and you know with fried foods you should leave a steam hole so that the food doesn't get soggy. Rookie mistake they didn't do that, so my fried shrimps were soggy. I also ordered the jerk chicken with rice and peas. It came with cabbage & plantains. They put a decent amount of gravy over the rice without me asking so I'll give them a plus for that. But the rice itself was hard. I'm not sure if they didn't cook the rice long enough or if they gave me the bottom of the pot, but it was fairly hard. The sauce that went over the rice and the chicken was good. The cabbage was also good. I think l would try my luck again and order something else from this place and keep my fingers crossed for something delightful.

I asked what the burger included and I was told lettuce and tomato. When I got home to eat, my burger had no lettuce and tomato, American cheese instead of cheddar cheese and my burger was dry and burnt. I thought I was getting a fresh made burger, but instead got a frozen patty that was overcooked and not seasoned. Not to mention that the waffle itself, had an overwhelming amount of peppers and had no taste. I didn't even enjoy the waffle alone! My husband ordered oxtails with rice and a side of macaroni. I was very skeptical when I walked in and saw the prepared food because it all looked so dry. The macaroni and cheese taste like kraft Mac and cheese from the box with spiral noodles. If you make mac n cheese, at least use macaroni noodles. The top of the macaroni and cheese was so so dry. I do not recommend this place at all! I called to complain and all I got was a sorry and next time you order, we can fix it. I told them there will be no next time.
