The first Superior employee who visited us helped identify the source of the leak in our HVAC system (which was different than what our plumber had believed). This saved us from spending a ton of money on unnecessary plumbing. After removal of the damaged flooring, Superior also helped us with restoration, we were assisted by Chad and others. It was our highest priority with out a doubt. We called around and came across AAA asbestos. Ashley answered and we were immediately greeted by such a nice person. She was very pleasant and so knowledgeable. Initially we were hoping she could provide us with her thoughts based on when the home was built and pictures. But she explained to us that the only real way to ensure it's safe was to test. Makes sense. So we hired her. She was very prompt and punctual. Our appointment was brief but detailed. She educated us on things to look for when it comes to asbestos and mold. Both my wife and I actually learned a lot in the brief time she came to complete an inspection.
