Fell in love with the salon, Jon Englishs' wife even gave us a tour of the place. Beautiful and artistic decor! The salon closed shortly after we came in but they let us stay to ogle on the decor (it was very nice of them). We even met the owners dog (beautiful and very friendly!!!). As we walked and chatted I asked about the products and ended up purchasing 2 bottles of shampoo and the hair thickening styling mouse. I also asked the owner why her pup smells heavenly and she said she uses their shampoo on him. The product is clean from chemicals and safe to use on animals! I now share the shampoos with my two four legged pups and love the smell. One of the best purchase and have been ordering to ship to LA ever since.

Then, she did a tease method when balayage is normally free hand. I didn't ask for ombré. She wanted to keep my hair curly even though I told her I would just end up straightening it at home. When I did I discovered that it wasn't blended at all and was super patchy. And that just basic technique.
