Ken did an excellent job! He's genuine, delivers outstanding customer service, and does great work…read moreat a great price. The drive way looked brand new and gutters and soffits were clean white. After he left, I noticed some rust stains towards the bottom of my columns and was not sure if it was due to the water running down my gutters during the pressure wash. I sent Ken a photo and without hesitation he drove all the back to my house (about 35 min) to take a look. It turned out it was rust from my sprinklers and had nothing to do with the job he did. Ken gladly took care of the stains at no extra cost and even surveyed the perimeter of my home to clean any other spots. He is thorough and went above and beyond! Even gave me tips on how to clean the rust stains myself should they come back in the future. Thanks Ken!

Ken was very responsive and completed my job the day after I called him. I was hoping the cost wouldn't exceed a few hundred dollars BUT he only charged 50 dollars. Ken is very detailed and seems to be a perfectionist. He would not leave until I inspected the job and told him I was satisfied. What the other companies seem to forget or what they don't seem to care about is the fact that small jobs lead to big jobs and customer service goes a long way!! I have arranged for Ken to come back to do my tile roof and driveway. I have also highly recommended him on our neighborhood NEXT DOOR community forum.

My experience with this company was exceptional in every way…read more I chose them after running a quick Google search and noticing that they were/are the only cleaning service that allowed me to book online, which in 2017 is a MUST. (Hint, hint to the other "guys"....) After booking online, I realized that I needed to reschedule and was pleased to find an EASY way to re-schedule my cleaning in my confirmation email. Again, all. online. The day of, I forgot to call my gatehouse to let them know that we'd be expecting the maid. Security ended up denying her entry, and I promptly received a call from a gentleman who I now assume to be Gus (co-owner). He let me know what had happened and requested that I call the gatehouse, assuring me that he'd get in touch with the maid in the meantime. She arrived at our door shortly after, right at the scheduled time, and made our disaster-of-a-house beautiful again. I highly, highly, highly recommend U.S. Cleaning Service.

I was quoted that it would only take 2 1/2 hours. Well it was explained later after the appointment was made that they couldn't do blinds that have to be accessed on a ladder. If the blinds can be reached with a 2 step step stool that wouldn't be a problem. But with 7 of my blinds going up the stairs they would be unable to clean them. No worries. It should cut the time of cleaning the home now to less than 2&1/2 hours. Well they called and said they needed an extra half hour. So I agreed. However According to the company they clocked in at 1259 when they didn't walk through my door till 1:10. Then they left at 3:50. So in reality they were in my home for 2 hours and 40 minutes but was charged for three hours. When I called the company why the time discrepancy all they said was sorry and didn't adjust their time. They cleaned the baseboards that were visible but not behind furniture. And the cabinets were not polish just wiped down with a rag. If you hire this company make sure that the time the employees clock in is the same time they start working. 7/25 just read that Gus reached out to me to resolve any issues I had. Excellent customer service. Thank you
