I've have been using Advanced detailing for probably 15yrs or more. I have had nothing but great…read moreservice from James. Last year I needed his service. This was the first time I have been really been disappointed in his services, I spilt sweet tea in my truck, I had no doubt Robert would be able to clean my Truck & carpets. Several day after the deep cleaning of the carpets stains starting to appear again where he had cleaned the carpets. At the same time I had him detail my truck and apply ceramic coating. This ceramic coating was the worsts, Not only did it not protect my trucks paint from bugs & light scratches like he said it would, its was no better than a waxing, I spent $700 dollars on this crappie stuff. Robert did say he would redo it but I have moved to the west coast weeks after he did this cleaning, So he wants me to drive 140 miles find something to do for 1 to 2 Day pick my truck back up and drive another 140 miles back to my home. Robert you remember how much you told my you pay for the ceramic coating. In my opinion you get what you pay for. Use a better produce for you client, they deserve better. To everyone of Advance Beachside Mobile Detailing clients don't have Robert apply the ceramic coating unless it has a 5 to 9 year warranty anything less is useless in my opinion.

I shopped and compared a few places, but A Absolute is the way to go. We are in CA, but she is in FL at school. Her car was a complete mess and filthy. When I called A Absolute, they were great. He was friendly and reassuring. How good of a job he promised to perform I can't put in writing, but suffice to say I was amused and he was committed! My daughter arranged the appointment with him. He was on time and simply did a fantastic job and was quick. His rates were fair, probably on the lower side. My daughter was thrilled, saying it is as if her car is brand new again. Great customer service, friendly & professional, fair rates and superb performance delivering on his promises. What more can you ask for?
