He arrived on time (very important to me) and completed the project in a timely manner. He was very professional and we discussed other projects that may use him for in the future. I would like to suggest to improve at clean ups after the job is done, a vacuum clean up would've gotten all of the minuscule glass pieces left around. There were quite a lot of glass and debris left scattered on the floor, so I would be weary as a customer and plan to do your own big clean up after the installation. Lastly, I wish the stickers were taken off the window before installed, as it is a bit of a hassle to do yourself. I appreciate the service done and the people I worked with to make it happen.

I…read moregot several estimates which I was informed they would have to cut the tile on the floor in my kitchen to make adjustments and build up the door, but after review I decided to go with this company which said they did not need to cut. Several visits to measure my door area. I really should have paid attention when there was no showroom to look at what brand of doors to select from. So the door they brought was Reliabuilt and their doors has several negative reviews I would have preferred a Pella brand that is what I selected with the other companies. When they took the old door out and started to put in the new door I noticed the handle was on the other side so if you facing the door it opens from the right side and my original door was a left slide opening so going back and forth trying to see if it could be changed or turned around it wasn't going to happen and it was to late because the old door was out and ordering one will take weeks ok just go ahead. Frustrated at the time let's just get this done. Then this morning woke up to look at the work from the outside and there is a gap between the frame and the door which he cover with clear gel. No weather barrier was used or anything and I asked he said it's built in that's not true a weather protector should be laid and the frame should have been build up to fit the new door but he used wood planks for support because the door isn't fitted in the frame. I'll send the pictures on the Google review site it's a horrible job. I was going to use them for my window projects but I think not. The office rep was very polite so no complaints with (Christy). The GM Tim came by on Friday and stated it doesn't look that bad I'm thinking to myself really. I was to receive a phone call on Tuesday 10/3/2023 no one called me to schedule a date to return to fix my door. I'm now fighting for a refund. I do not recommend this company.pq
