He was upfront about cost and made sure I understood what would be done before he even showed up. Once on site, he and his team worked to quickly take care of the fan replacement. He brought all the tools, materials, and supplies with him and even gave my roof an inspection and checkup. His recommendations made sense he wasn't trying to snow me on something I didn't need. He even fixed some nail issues with my gutters I didn't even ask for that! It's been a few weeks since, and I have not had any issues with leaks and the fan works great.
