I was honest with them and told them what we were looking to do. He took a look at our project and gave us 2 proposals with very reasonable pricing. Once the job started there was constant communication between us and them, we never felt we left in the dark. The project finished a week ahead of schedule on the contract and since the completion TB has followed up on how the work continues to look. Very happy I found this company. We recently had the unfortunate experience of hiring TB Merit for our home renovation project and…read morewe cannot express how disappointed we are. The most glaring problem was the complete absence of communication. We often found ourselves with zero updates unless we initiated contact. Some of the subcontractors hired by TB Merit were completely inept. They exhibited a shocking lack of professionalism resulting in poor workmanship and additional delays. We expected that the subcontractors would take precautions to protect the existing floors, window and screens, prior to texturing the walls. But because they did not take these precautions there was overspray and damage. The entire project was marred by drama. Delays were frequent, and instead of addressing issues there was constant finger pointing among team members. Finally, instead of addressing our reasonable expectations for quality work, they chose to complain to subcontractors, which was both disrespectful and disappointing.
