They have a table at the door where you must sign in, answer COVID questions, and have your temp taken prior to washing your hands. Masks are required with very few wearing under nose or as a chin strap. My haircut and highlight took about 2.5 hours total and was was a relaxing and pleasant experience. I signed up for $115 partial highlight and cut and ended up spending $160. (+tip) Not exactly sure where the additional charge came in. I love my hair and it no longer looks like a mousy brown limp noodle. It just would have been nice to know that additional charges beyond the expected would be tacked on. Abbagail was awesome asking my allergies, and explained every time when a product will be applied to my face, the potential effect such as temporary tingling, and offered options based on my needs. The duration is as described. Last time there was an error with the third party booking app indicating the wrong duration.
