Whether that was the recipe or an attempt to stretch the budget, it wasn't doing the salad any favors. Texas Roadhouse's salads put this one to shame. THE UGLY We walked in to find six tables still covered in plates, food, and drinks while four groups waited to be seated. We weren't waiting for people to finish eating. We were waiting for someone to acknowledge that they already had. Apparently, clearing dishes as guests finish is a lost art here. Those tables weren't being bussed; they were being preserved for future generations. Overall, this felt like a management and staffing failure, with training somewhere on the missing-persons list. When the bartender is juggling half the operation and empty tables are hosting yesterday's dishes, something is broken. I wanted my baby back ribs. Now I just want my evening back.
