New looking tables, the bartender Susie was very friendly and helpful. The strike against them was their food or at least their chicken wings. They had these big drum sticks, no flats and they were over cooked and down right just plain BAD. Told the bartender she apologized and said would fix some more but they didn't have any flats again it would be the big drumsticks. We declined and asked to swap for a sandwich. The bartender apparently isn't given the permission to make such an easy decision to keep customers satisify. She had to call the manager and then we waited, and waited over an hour an a half. I finally asked for a credit to my bill, again the bartender had to call the manager. Once the manager arrived she was very nice and apologized for the issues. She credited the food. She asked for us to comeback for a better experience. I will try again and hopefully will give a better report on my next visit. Again the people were nice and the place looked good, it was just the food we ordered and the wait to resolve the issue.
