Absolutely terrible experience with a terrible company…read more There are a lot of details below for anyone who is interested, but the key point is that when they make mistakes, they're incredibly difficult to deal with and put the burden on the customer to fix the problem. They cost me a significant amount of time and money and never followed through on trying to make it right. I decided to purchase materials (Timbertech deck boards and railings and pressure treated framing lumber) from this company to rebuild my deck based on their competitive pricing, free delivery, and very positive reviews. This turned out to be a huge mistake. I ordered the materials a few weeks ahead of building my deck. The first time they showed up to deliver, the driver and I both checked the materials against my order and realized that they left out a couple key materials. I had time, and they told me they should have the missing parts delivered within a week. After not hearing back for a week, I called, and they tried to convince me to come pick up the materials myself. I declined, since this was their mistake. Another few days later they were able to deliver the missing materials. The last step of rebuilding my deck was installing the railings. As I started to unpack the railings, I found that both stair railings were severely damaged. One of the level railings was also damaged. I was unable to continue the project until this was resolved, which also meant that the people I had helping me would no longer be available to finish the job with me. I called Ridge Supply the next day. They agreed to replace the railings, but they asked me if I could pick them up. These are 8' and 9' in length, and even if it weren't their responsibility to fix, I had no way to transport something that size. They told me they should have them in a day or two and that they would call to let me know when they could deliver. After calling multiple times and getting noncommittal responses about delivery timing, it became obvious they wouldn't be delivering by the weekend when I needed to finish the project. I spent about $200 to rent a Uhaul so that I could pick up the railings. Upon inspection, one of the 3 replacement railings was also damaged. They agreed at this point that they would replace and deliver the final railing. They called me as I was driving home, and told me they had found another, undamaged railing in stock and asked if I could turn around (adding another 20-30 minutes of driving and 15-20 miles on my uhaul rental) to pick it up. When I got there to pick it up, it turned out to be the wrong size. I reminded them that this had cost me and extra $200-250 to fix their mistakes. I never got his name, but I believe it was the owner who said "they would have to see what they could do". Of course, they never actually provided any compensation. They then told me they should have the replacement ordered and delivered by the following Wednesday and that they would call me as soon as their supplier confirmed they had the part available. They of course did not call me. I had to call them to find out that the part had delivered, and to have them complain about how hard it was to get a driver out to me. It took a couple more very angry phone calls before they finally delivered the railing. On top of all of this, I had asked them to include hardware to install the posts for the railing into the deck. The hardware they quoted and sold me was not compatible with the posts, and I had to buy the correct hardware from Home Depot. I would never use this company again, and could not recommend them to anyone. They quote a great price, but the time and money I spent trying to deal with their incompetence and horrible service was worth more than what I would have spent somewhere else. Also, I was not impressed with the quality of the actual pressure treated lumber, either. I would say it was maybe only a little better than what you would expect to get from the big box store.

But it still was worth it, I've been looking for one for at least 4 years and couldn't find one to my liking, and this was the perfect design. The reason I gave them 4 starts instead of 5 (aside from not making it obvious that you can negotiate) is that they add massive fees, so that after all was said and done, between delivery, fees, tax and tip (compulsory) it cost me a whopping $200 extra-- and the price of the headboard was only $350 to start out with!!! So just add $200 to whatever the price of the item you like is, so you won't be surprised. It'll be more if you're shipping from further away, or the items are from a high-tax state, but unless it's super- cheap and in your nabe-- or has free shipping-- it probably won't be a whole lot less

When we're sold the sinks they were a beautiful white "solid surface." This is what they describe it as...Krion™ is the solid surface from Porcelanosa Group, a solid, hygienic, non-porous and homogeneous material, composed of two parts aluminium hydroxide powder and one part high quality acrylic resin, in addition to exclusive additives developed by our R&D department. If it is solid why is it stained from hard water after only A few years, why are there cracks at the bottom and the water seeps down into the vanity? When we reached out they said "the warrantee" has run out and there is nothing we can do. It feels like false advertising with and exuberant price. We have called and sent emails and nobody wants to address is. See the pictures for yourself...disgusting. We spent between $40-50k, is this what Porcelanosa stands for? Low quality? Mediocre?

From the start, the quality was disappointing. Some of the handles had stripped screw holes, and there were cracks on the inside back of the cabinet. The storage drawer for trash and recycling was busted from day one--we couldn't even open it fully, and when we reached out for help, the only advice we got was to "just give it a good yank." After doing so, the soft-close feature completely stopped working. It also took months to get a technician to replace the kitchen vent, which turned out to be a mismatched size, causing even more issues. Overall, Home Supply's service falls short. When we reported the issues, we were brushed off, and the staff seemed indifferent unless you were there to buy more products. A very disappointing experience.

Charlie and Christy were truly amazing throughout the entire process. They spent countless hours in meetings, phone calls, and emails perfecting every detail with us. Patiently walking us through each step and answering all of our questions (even the ones we asked more than once!). Their expertise and guidance were invaluable.  Charlie and Christy's friendly personalities coupled with their attention to detail made us feel comfortable throughout the process.   The dynamic duo struck the perfect balance between listening to our vision and offering thoughtful suggestions to elevate the final design. They are fair in pricing and didn't push us in the more expensive direction.  Thanks to their hard work and dedication, our kitchen turned out perfectly. Their guidance allowed the kitchen's end result to combine our desired traditional feel with selectively chosen modern highlights. We're very grateful to have worked with such a professional, kind, and talented team. We highly recommend Home Supply.  In fact if you don't use Home Supply you are making a mistake.

As I suspected, the materials had never been ordered. Upon hearing this, Kevin, Chris, and Jeff very easily could have wished me well and sent me on my way. Instead, what they did was above and beyond. They turned a very negative experience into some thing truly amazing. Even though the store was quite busy, they took the time to listen and helped me troubleshoot. Then, they reached out to a local contractor (Karl Drehwing) to see if he might be able to help us out despite being incredibly busy. Karl arranged for a few of his guys to come and help us. (Thank you Justin, Jared, and Greg). They did amazing work. Prior to their arrival at our house, Chris worked closely with me and Karl to get the materials needed. Chris was extremely patient; again going above and beyond. Both Chris and Jeff continued to reach out to me throughout the process to make sure all was going well. Because of their kindness, my family will be able to enjoy Christmas in a house that is warm (literally) and put back together! My family and I will be forever grateful! Thank you for making such a difference by taking the time to care.
