I built the foundation for an outdoor countertop and upon installation, the install team noticed that the ground had caused the top to not be level without a noticeable amount of filler. They went above and beyond what I have come to expect from companies today and I could not be more grateful!

I gave Performance Stoneworks all summer to fix the scratches. No repairs made, only threats of legal action if the balance wasn't paid. The balance has been paid but I cannot give this company my business in the future. Very disappointing. Jeff, who came out to do the template, refused to take any responsibility or even offer an apology for the inferior performance of the team. A sign of the times with this company. We had Olympia Stone come out and they built us a much better quality countertop at a reasonable price. After a few winters a joint in the top started to separate and would have allowed water to come in. We asked Olympia Stone for advice on how to fix it. Instead they sent crews out to look at our situation. Instead of offering advice, or making a quick fix, they stood behind their original work and replaced the countertop ... at no additional cost. I have rarely used it so I dont know when the crack happened but there is a massive crack through the entire slab of granite in the back of the counter top. Nothing has ever been put on it. Where the crack is all the way through isn't functional but absolutely stands out like a sore thumb. After trying to get Indy Grills to ask them about the warranty and fix it they passed the buck to this company where they bought the granite. I have had ZERO response with Indy grills on the email thread. Christopher Wentzel is the person on the email who has said absolutely nothing who does sales. Big surprise. Get the sale and dont help your customers. Being used mayb 10 times in two years. Its been sealed when it was supposed to and to have granite literally crack ALL the way through the stone to me is a problem they should help fix. They wont even respond. Indy Grills and this company will not be doing anything on the new house I'm building that will be an even larger project. If you are working with Chris I wuld ask for someone else. This guy literally does not care.
