This restaurant is really worth going to I've eaten wagyu…read morebeef before, this is the first time I've eaten aussie beef, it's really too tender and delicious really highly recommended ‼ Signature Aussie Beef 79/person We ordered the store's signature Aussie Beef , it was really super super tasty, we ordered it medium rare and it tasted like it melted in your mouth. The meat is different on both sides, one side is filet and the other side I don't remember. Personally, I prefer the filet, the meat on the other side is a little fattier, 79 for one, two to start. The portion and juice is super juicy, and when eating other appetizers you'll feel like this place is middle of the road. Oysters natural 36/half dozen. The oysters are super fresh and the sauce is very special It doesn't taste fishy at all and retains the flavor of the oyster itself, I didn't get much sand which is a plus . Beef Bone Marrow 30. This beef bone marrow is not greasy at all, the heat mastered very well, not only to retain the bone marrow its own fat, but not too oily, with the sauce is a little bit like mustard sauce, very tasty, and with beef bone marrow texture balance is very good. The only downside might be that I'm not a big fan of toasted baguettes They felt too tough. Beef tartare 32. my friend is the ultimate lover of tartare , went to a lot of places to eat, personal feeling is more moderate, the beef is tasty and fresh, but there is no special taste, compared to the beef is inferior. You can skip it if you want to order STEAK. Roasted cabbage . Point to what time to see the wrong thought is bamboo shoots, but in fact quite tasty, I myself is not very like to eat meat all the time, interspersed with a mouthful of vegetables feel more flavorful meat. Cabbage is baked, the outside is more burnt, the inside is still tender, I feel useful tomatoes cooking, eat sour, very unctuous. Butter mashed potatoes 16. personal feeling general, butter flavor and creamy did not imagine so heavy, eat up a kind of KFC mashed potatoes feeling, but also may be because we point too much, and finally eat has been satiated, would like to go to the friends can make a reservation in advance, we went to more than nine o'clock is still a lot of people! The store has fewer waiters. The service will be slower, you can let the waiter ‍ recommend red wine can drink alcohol can try Red wine with beef really eat more and more flavorful

After having this restaurant recommended to us by a friend, we decided to check it out. My first…read moreimpression is that it was a nice place that unless you know where to go, you could walk straight past it, so we are trying to tell everyone we know about it because we think it is just awesome. As soon as you are seated (we made a reservation, but we aren't sure if you can just walk in and grab a table), you are given a bottle of water and some nice bread & butter. We didn't try any of the entree's, but my fiance had a steak and I had the slow cooked 1/2 rack of marinated BBQ Pork Ribs, and I must say it was the best ribs I have ever eaten. Both the ribs and the steak came with a lovely smooth meaty tasting bbq sauce, and chips (I believe you can select mash if you don't want chips). We followed this by trying the hot chocolate (which is really good, the only time I have ever bought hot chocolate that I didn't burn my mouth on), and my fiance had the flourless chocolate cake, I had the sticky date pudding. Both came with a scoop of vanilla icecream. All in all, it was a very nice place, with awesome food, and the staff attend to you as soon as you glance their way or just look at them, and are more than willing to please their customers. As the other review mentioned, it is a bit pricey, but it is well worth it. For 2 softdrinks, 2 mains, 2 desserts, and 2 hot chocolates, it cost us around $124. If you would like a wine recommendation to go with the food you would like to order, the staff can recommend one for you. It was the best experience we have had in a long time, and we will be returning for sure.

While you won't get a meal for under $30 here, you will get amazing steaks and ribs, including their certified black angus steaks. Their steaks are perfect, tender and full of flavour they come about as close to melting in your mouth as a steak can get. Not being a red meat fan, this is rare enthusiasm from me over a steakhouse. The staff are fantastic, really friendly, quick to assist in any way and recommend something from the menu. They also have an amazing wine list sourced from Australia's leading wineries. So if you want to impress the man in your life, take him to Embers.

Really liked this place. Came here with the in laws (plus 3 kids) for an anniversary dinner…read more Going somewhere fancy with young kids (for me at least) is an incredibly anxiety laden experience. I am often too stressed about policing the behaviour of my toddler (and his cousins) to eat or enjoy my food. Not so here. The waiters and front of house guys were welcoming and didn't give us any disapproving looks. For such an opulent setting this was remarkably relaxed and friendly. The NY strip/del monico steak was excellent. Perfectly seasoned, nice bit of char (altho I would have loved even more). The crème brûlée was also crazy good - adding caramelised bananas on top was genius, not to mention the swirl of candy floss. My only criticism - and I'm honestly saying this constructively with a hope that they could improve rather than to be a d*ck - is about their pizza. Honestly it's an absolute disaster guys. We got it for the kids but i thought I'd take a look. What first had me curious was that even though the base was super thin (which is a good thing) there was a "gum line" under the toppings. You mainly see this in thicker (sicilian/detroit/Chicago) styles of pizza where the dough doesn't cook through properly so you get a soggy line on top of the base where it meets the sauce/cheese. But to see it on such a thin pie was unusual so i had a bite. The base was totally uncooked like it hadn't even felt any heat. My guess is that the pizza was grilled rather than put in an oven, and certainly not on a pizza stone/steel. I heartily suggest you look into "bar pie" or "tavern style pizza". There are also various hacks you can use instead of using a pizza stone or proper pizza oven you can use a frying pan to cook the base first and then "dome" it in an oven... worth a look!

For a hotel of this caliber, food was surprisingly bad. Both entree and dessert. Will not be…read morereturning.
