(we have a very large yard) They sent an image of a map with our address with an arrival time of 18:42:39 and an exit time of 18:47:54. Took them less than 6min and they did not show up on our Ring camera? Really? If they did show up - to do our yard they would have had to run. Like a fool I paid their invoice after the 2nd late fee. I didn't want it going any higher. I don't believe they were ever there. They just send invoices and just hope they get payment. I own a local service industry business. Yes, we are on Yelp. Apparently there was no actual cement in the concrete mix so it wasn't hard like it should be. The next day Kirk had guys out there tearing up the concrete. They poured the patio again for a second time and this time they hand trimmed the lines instead of machine cuts! I will be using them again for sure! Whatever you do, DO NOT USE THIS SCAM OF A LAWN SERVICE. My roommate was a repeat customer with Chris for several years before he jerked us around this spring. April 19th, we had part of our driveway dug up to do some plumbing work. This left it so that it would be difficult to get a mower in through the backyard gate, but we decided to let it go, assuming that Chris & his team would have the communication skills to tell us whether they were able to get back there or not. Clearly we expected too much. April 28th, he charged my roommate the full front yard & backyard charge of 45 dollars, yet NO mowing services took place. She addressed this to him via email on May 4th, and at first he lied and tried to say his team did come out. He never mentioned anything about his team not being able to get into the back. She asked him outright if his team had any issues getting back there, & sent him photos of the obviously not-mown lawn, & only THEN did he fess up. Chris said we would receive a credit for the next job, & promised his crew would come out May 6th to mow. No apology for his mistake. May 6th he charged the full $45 amount once again. So not only did he NOT use a "credit", he also charged the full amount when they only did half the job. Again, he said he would give us a credit, & again, no apology for HIS mistake. May 27th, HE AGAIN CHARGED US THE FULL $45 AMOUNT, & then CHARGED US AGAIN for $22.50 the very next day. My roommate gave Chris the benefit of the doubt & gave him a few days to correct his mistake, which at that point was just pure negligence on his behalf. She emailed him on June 4th & rightfully demanded a refund for the $45 charge. All of this happened while his crew was still only able to do the front yard. No apology for his mistake. June 9th, my roommate contacted Chris to let him know that we had made the backyard accessible. She asked him to have his crew come out & only do the back. We received NO RESPONSE. June 16th, my roommate messaged Chris yet again to follow up & asked if they could come that week, because, due to his negligence, our grass had become unacceptably long. Again, we received NO RESPONSE. June 17th, we got a notice from the city that he would be fined if the grass was not taken care of soon. After we received the notice, my roommate immediately called Chris and rightfully demanded he have his crew come out. He gave her a bunch of irrelevant excuses and never once apologized or took any accountability. Chris told her he would have his crew come out Monday to do the backyard. NO ONE CAME OUT ON MONDAY. Tuesday, around 5pm, his crew FINALLY came to mow our lawn. It's good that we were all home to witness it, because they did our FRONT YARD and started packing up & tried to leave!!! We had already told Chris multiple times to have them ONLY do the backyard. My roommate and boyfriend went out and showed his crew where to enter the backyard. One of the guys looked at the grass in the back and said "We're not doing that, it's way too long". OF COURSE IT'S LONG!!! YOU AND YOUR JOKE OF A BOSS LET IT GET THAT WAY!!! They insisted and his crew begrudgingly mowed our backyard, with one of the guys cursing the whole time. I have no idea how Chris manages to keep his business running this way. This is absolutely the most unprofessional, uncommunicative, uncaring business or service I have ever had the displeasure dealing with. We fired Chris & his crew immediately after they finished our backyard, and my roommate even went so far as to cancel the card she used to pay for his lawn care to ensure that she wouldn't get any more charges to her account. THAT is how little trust we have in Chris and his business. We still have not gotten an actual apology, and Chris has never taken any accountability for this mess. DO NOT TRUST HIM OR THE PEOPLE WHO WORK FOR HIM!

I had them do some Landscaping the first year and there were a few Kinks that had to be worked out but everything did get worked out to my satisfaction. These guys are local to my neighborhood and I love that and I will continue to use them for yard work and Landscaping.
