My install was on the larger side but the shortcuts were everywhere. Leaving the burlap balls on trees planted was a classic to name one. Over half the original trees have now died. They replaced two trees after much haggling and one of those died a second time. Now I only buy trees from actual arborist who know how to plant a tree. They built a boulder wall that has been an erosion nightmare from year one. No drainage or geo grid was used anywhere. It's not how it's done according to the real pro's that came in and got it right. There are many better choices (Breaking Ground) in the area that will save you thousands and future headaches. Carson Stone is related and would advise avoiding that business as well.

And I told them todo what they needed to fix my leak on my roof. They said ok, warned me that they are a two week wait period again. Well today is Monday and they call me saying they can come today, I told them I'd be home by 2 pm, they were already there, they had already inspected the roof and wanted to see the inside of the house where the leak was. McKinnis told me what they were going todo, and said it would take 3 to 4 hrs.

I specifically wanted a company who had extreme attention to detail so that I could prevent water penetration issues against the building where it met new Concrete sidewalk and parking areas. Wilfredo, Morris, and Mary took great care in cleaning out the control joints and then carefully pushing in backer rod so that there was about a 1/2 an inch of sealant between the concrete panels. I also needed the wider joint against the building to have approximately a 45° angle between the building and the concrete so that water cascading down the building would then be sent out into the parking lot. Wilfredo knew exactly what I was talking about his team completed the job to that standard. I could not be happier.

Absolutely worst extremely expensive experience we encountered. They pull you in with a "lifetime…read morewarranty" but anytime something happens they come back saying "that looks like moisture", which is not covered under warranty! We have paid thousands and thousands of dollars to this company for 3 separate jobs, first our front porch and walkway. Within one year it began to bubble, but this first time they had no issues and fixed it under warranty no questions asked, we were happy with the customer service. So, we decided to hire them again to do our back patio. A year after the back patio was done... more bubbles! This time they said it was moisture and would not be covered. We were shocked and asked about the lifetime warranty, they replied, read the fine print! Eventually we got them to finally repair it under warranty but they made us pay $500 for a moisture barrier to be applied. We had a swimming pool installed and the pool deck touches the back patio, so to have it match we hired them to do our pool deck. A year later it is peeling horribly around the border of the pool and bubbling in other areas. They now say only the border area that is peeling is covered under warranty, not the rest and we have to pay to have it redone as they said again... it looks like moisture! So now I am contacting the BBB and the Nebraska Attorney General. Buyer beware! Lifetime warranty is a scam with this company.

I cannot be more proud of how the owner and employees of this company performed. With job safety a priority and attention to detail, the project was completed on time and to my complete satisfaction.
