I got 1 time 67 emails with this message, after call them and ask them to get it fixed... they said is normal.... in 2021 they came to install a new alarm wifi device... after they finish they told me to sign the installation papers.... since I kinda trusted them from 2018 deal.... I signed. After a month of failed system again I decided to looking for another company and found out that they were charging me $1063 dollars yearly vs $650 that several companies offer with no contracts, I called them and talked to the owner and told him I'll quit their services and go with another company... he told me is ok... just make sure to let know the town that you are doing this.... so I did it... everything was good until a week ago, that I got sue by them.... because they said I broke a 10 year contract... yes, 10 year contract, this is awful, is my fault because I trusted them... but just be aware that this company will give you a horrible service and also will sue you if you move with someone else... I call the owner to ask him what kind of person won't tell me that I'm breaking a contract when I told him I'll change a company, and he said... talk to my lawyer... this is a nice way of living... taking an advantage of honest people that hired them.... this is why they call themselves Advatange Alarm... sucks... they'll take advantage of you. They won't do this at the start but they will find the way to get your trust then make you sign a contract.... be carefull

The pricing for these minor repairs was very fair (about 1/3 of what a company like ADT might charge). Unlike most others in this business, there are no sales gimmicks. I asked for a quote to replace the smoke detector since it was 10 years old, and Robert's response was "We'll test it, if it checks out, then don't replace it -- if it fails, we'll give you a price to replace it". They used some sort of smoke generator on a pole to test it, and it tested fine. I found Advantage through the local Home Show, and after spending 15 years with proprietary ADT system at my prior house paying more than double for monitoring and getting gouged on any repairs, I expected the worst. Instead, I think I found one of the best in the business. So if you're still paying someone an absurd amount to monitor your system, check these guys out -- they are real pros and really know their stuff, and offer monitoring at half of what most others charge.

I drove to the shop personally to discuss…read morethe issue with the store manager Steve so that he could see the issue instead of simply taking my word for it. We moved into a new home that had mul t lock installed and Loved the product, but needed to change the locks. The previous owner had very sturdy keys that never gave us an issue... held up for well over 10 years of use, as a good key should... especially at mul t lock quality and prices. We get an entire lock setup at the end of 2022. Three different people consistently use keys in our home. In 2025, my husband noted his key was bending right across the middle of the key where there's a deep circle etched as part of the configuration. He ended up breaking the key in the door accidentally and we paid for cross county locksmiths to come out, remove the key from the door, and give us a new key. I figured stuff happens, just get it fixed. Late 2025, early 2026 I noticed my key was starting to crack at the edges along the same area my husband's key broke. I called the company and told them we'd used their services twice before, the last time to remove the broken key from the door. I wanted to know if they honor their product and work. He told me to come in but my schedule simply didn't allow at the time, especially since the place is not in the direction of anything I need to do. It's very out of the way. Since then my mother's key also starts bending across the SAME area... that's officially 3 keys now. I take the time yesterday to finally go in person, thinking that any good business would see the keys all failing at the same area and realize there's an issue. What response did I get? "I've been in this business for many years and have never had this happen, it must be the ways you guys are using the keys." 3 different people who have used keys all their lives, never had this issue with keys snapping and failing so quickly, and ALL 3 of us are the issue? That doesn't even make sense. Steve then proceeds to tell me that he can cut the deep circles more shallow and that would probably help...i definitely agreed. BUT... he wanted us to pay for the re-do. I don't think so. He then proceeded to say he could discount the keys. Again I don't think so when there is clearly an issue with the keys. Why would I pay your company again when you're not even honoring your work now? Am I supposed to just replace keys every 2-3 years? Makes no sense. I then asked if he could find out from someone else higher, being that we had used their services twice already. He said he'd call and find out. Today, he called me to confirm that his boss said no way, but that we could pay for a service call to come out and check the lock. Sir, at this point I'm not paying for anything additional with your company bc this is poor customer service. If you're willing to cut the keys more shallow, that means you clearly see there's an issue with the current keys that making a more shallow cut would fix. A good company with great customer service would acknowledge that there's clearly an issue. If this has never happened before, maybe these customers got a bad batch of keys. Let's give them the benefit of the doubt, replace the keys with the more shallow cut, and if it happens again then they'll need to pay for the keys. The fact that you want us to pay you again when I already see that you're not willing to honor the work is ridiculous. Especially when you said your techs check the locks at each visit to make sure they're aligned properly, etc. Horrible customer service, would not recommend or use again. Now we have to find another mul t lock dealer to deal with this key issue before they break completely. See attached photos of 2 of the 3 keys that are cracking and breaking along the same area.

Not only did we get a comfortable feeling we were shown a virtual picture of what our house with new siding would look like. The price for doing the work was comparable to other quotes we had gotten and Perry and indeed everyone was very knowledgeable about the siding, Hardie plank, we wanted installed. The crew couldn't have been nicer. The site manager was there to answer any questions. They were very respectful of our needs and worked very hard to get the job done before the holidays. As I was home most days, I saw the high quality of craftsmanship the workmen put into the job. They were not only interested in getting the job done but making sure everything was done right, our house looked beautiful and at the end we were happy. I would recommend Giant to anyone.
