My Husband & I have several jobs that we need done with our home, walls & ceiling repair, painting,…read morecrown molding, tiling in bathroom... Several. Our home was built in 1906. I called Lj502 Home Improvement & Louis called me back within the hour, made an appointment for a walk through with rough estimate for the next day at 5:00 & was there ON TIME. We had a list typed of what we wanted done and he made sure to review it and take special note on these jobs. I saw on Thumbtack that he was one of the highest rated Contractors. I had a simple estimate before he left. The next day I received a text with an exact quote & invoice, dates & times he could be there as well as the estimated date of completion. Lj502 HOME IMPROVEMENT GAVE US THE WRITTEN ESTIMATE & LET US CHOOSE! He was not the cheapest quote, but was much more reasonable than another 2 companies. He was realistic and with all of the specifics, (times & dates) we chose him. With the ratings & comments on Thumbtack, I felt we made a good choice. ((had 4 OTHER contractors that we got estimates from; 2 told me that they would only give me a written estimate once we agreed to the contract. ALARM BELLS!))) Louis arrived at 8:00 am each morning well staffed. He & his men worked relentlessly, we saw progress not only the first day but EVERYDAY! We were so pleased with what we saw each evening. The areas were cleaned and supplies were put away or on the side. He worked around our kooky schedule. There were a few other quick fixes we needed done & it wasn't a problem adding them to the list. (No gouging) After they finished our job there wasn't any question. THIS WAS THE BEST CHOICE! We called him for the floors we are putting down in almost every room on our second floor WITH CONFIDENCE. We know what to expect: Fairness of price, Quality of work & Promptness of Louis & his workers. I would refer them, and have, to friends. I have had 2 family members over for a visit & they were impressed with the new walls where none were, ceilings that are now repaired, the ceiling on the stairwell is 2 stories high: that was completely redone and looks brand new. You would not be making a mistake hiring Louis, Lj502 Home Improvement, LLC to work on your home. No job too small, neat & clean & truly professional. While long, this review is a pleasure to write!! UNFORTUNATELY MY PHOTOS HAVEN'T GONE THROUGH.

We recently purchased a home in Putnam County and I chose Ed from Inspectamerica based upon…read morereferrals from co-workers. We wanted an inspector that was thorough and could explain things to us as first time home buyers. We knew that the home needed work, Ed described it as "deferred maintenance" and what we found helpful was that he was able to determine what had to be done to correct the issues. Ed's detailed written report was much better than a checklist which checked off satisfactory or unsatisfactory which would not have given me the whole picture. We were also impressed with the Inspectamerica website which had so much good information. I highly recommend this company and highly recommend you ask for Ed.
