The couple had a full open bar, signature cocktails, beer burro (cutest, was a hit), dinner catered by Babbo's, DJ, dessert bar, VW van photobus, & Caffio mobile cafe. The dancing at night was a bit cold, because it was outside in December, but they had propane standing heaters available if you were sitting. Beautiful venue! We heard all the ah's and gasps of amazed attendees as they entered the venue. A lot of people came to us and asked about the venue because they were looking to host their upcoming weddings at the venue. Just to give an idea of how breathtaking it is! Not only was the venue gorgeous, but Ceasar (the owner) and his team were extremely hospitable and accommodating. Anything we needed, Ceasar's team were prepared to spring into action and help! Everyone from the owners to the staff were fantastic to work with and we are so glad to have hosted our event here! Ceasar's team were there every step of the way to ensure the entire event went smoothly and that we were taken care of, which lessened the burden of it being our first time hosting the philanthropy event. We were allowed entry the night before to do some setting up. The tables and chairs were already neatly placed and the establishment was clean. The woman was accommodating to our requests and so helpful. They helped to set up the day of, serve some food, went around to guests offering refill drinks, then came back around to collect trash. This was an extremely hard day for every person in attendance and these ladies alleviated a lot of stress that would have otherwise fallen onto other members of the family who were grieving. Bravo. During our event, multiple guests were confronted and harassed by an angry neighbor. What should have been a joyful celebration quickly turned into a stressful and uncomfortable situation. Unfortunately, the host was not helpful when tensions escalated. During a particularly heated altercation between a neighbor and our guests, we received little to no support in resolving the situation or ensuring everyone's safety and comfort. This lack of intervention was extremely disappointing, especially given that we later learned this has been an ongoing issue with previous events at this venue. It's deeply concerning that this pattern continues without any apparent effort to address it. A wedding venue should provide not only a beautiful setting but also a secure and well-managed environment for guests. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Backyard Bliss unless these serious issues with neighbor relations and host responsiveness are properly resolved

The purpose was to bring a few families together and share a word of hope and faith. I intended to use it for a few weeks while we found something with a children area. I was assisted promptly and professionally via email and telephone. Apparently, there was a confusion with my reservation request and luckily I walked in to confirm my reservation. I was welcomed by the co owner, and manager Ms. Cindy. She was very nice explaining the confusion and agreed to honor our initial request. The event was a total success, our guests loved the venue, its amenities, the ambiance and the central location. The staff at the venue were great too. I am just sorry it did not work out for future events. The Newton will make wonderful venue for everything else except "Christian" religious gatherings.
