I'm not sure, she asked me if I knocked on the brown double doors, it has a do not disturb on it. She then text and called Rachel, who told this other woman that my appointment is tomorrow. There had been a mix up in scheduling. I said I will come back tomorrow at 1030. I am looking forward to tomorrow and checking out Rachel's skills. She went over an area that I was having trouble with the color staying, more than once. Then she dried me with her dryer and finished off with a sparkle power to help me feel dry.
