The staff was very friendly and helpful. We bought 2 BECs on everything bagels, a dozen bagels with their rosemary honey butter and plain whipped cream cheese. The flavors we picked were dark chocolate sea salt, jalapeño cheddar, pretzel, asiago, everything, sesame. I was surprised that didn't have a couple of tables and chairs. We brought our breakfast home. I'm from Long Island, NY, so my bagels and cream cheese, as well as my BEC, standards are pretty high. I wasn't impressed with the BEC. The bacon is more like bacon crumbled Into the eggs, but it's supposed to be strips of bacon under the egg, with American cheese over it. Their everything bagels basically just have sesame and poppy seeds on them, missing the onion, garlic, and kosher salt. Bit of a let down. HOWEVER! The bagel texture is out of this world! Pillowy, soft, chewy. Absolute perfection. We also had a dark chocolate sea salt bagel with rosemary honey butter and it was so delicious! That butter and that flavor bagel? Both winners on their own, and incredible together. So while my BEC wasn't up to snuff for me, I am a tough grader. Everything else was so divine, we'll definitely be back asap!

This is so much more than a place to eat. Although don't make a mistake of skipping lunch. This…read morelocation has so many things to do. It's perfect for families or solo and honestly would make a beautiful venue for a wedding. There is a petting zoo, a playroom and a corn pit specifically for kiddos. There is a handcrafted, leather and iron goods along with various art pieces in the gallery. There is a wool craft studio where you can make your own woven pieces or buy yarn and already made pieces. There is a soap and candle room and everything will smell amazing. Why I stopped originally there is a cheese cave where you can taste artisan cheeses and get local made food products if you want to watch the cheese being made they currently are doing that on Fridays and are talking about expanding it to Fridays and Monday. There's also a restaurant that specializes in Panini's and milkshakes. It might be one of the best milkshakes I've ever had. Wheelchair accessibility. This place is actually quite accessible. There are a couple barriers that I will list here so that you're aware. There are accessible parking spots in both sides of the parking lot and most of the trails are paved or hard packed gravel. There are a couple places on the gravel paths where they transition to a pave path where the transition is worn away a little bit so there might be a bump up of about an inch. And all of the doors are heavy, quite heavy. If you want to go down into the cheese cave, there is a lift that's located by the children's playroom. It's one of the ones where you have to hold the button the whole time and even a little bit after you arrive otherwise the door will not unlock. The bathrooms are a little bit tight inside the mill, but the ones up by the children's playroom and the soap store are very accessible, but the door is heavy.

We went under the I-90 bridges, turned right and parked off to the right immediately after we turned. We were able to make a u-turn to get out. Otherwise we could have backed up enough into a driveway to pull out forward. The first building closest to the underpass is the bakery and cafe. Yummy sandwiches. The 1740s barn is behind it- originally built in NY. More shops as you walk west. Also nice informative signs explaining the history of the area and some of the buildings. Definitely worth a stop to check out all the neat stuff.
