They were extremely flexible about when I needed to come in. And I basically just walked in later that day but I could've just walked in. But reservations are recommended! Second, Ferhan the tailor was meticulous with the hems and all the details. He asked what I wanted and was very patient (even as I changed the length of the hem a few times...) and also offered very helpful insights. Then when I came to pick up the dress, he made sure I was happy with it and that it fit perfectly. His sister even made some beautiful matching brooches out of the extra fabric for me to take home. Third, the price was completely more reasonable than I expected and a steal when you compared to the quality of work! I highly recommend Linea Pitti for anyone looking to get tailoring done! 20/10
