The water would pool and sit, on the lower patio. bringing mosquitoes, mess and a very muddy pup. The solution was to bury the rain gutter drains out farther in the yard and build a retaining wall for the patio. We are so pleased with the outcome and it has already proved its value with the most recent rains!! No pooling! The team was very knowledgeable and reasonable in price. They were done in less time than anticipated and under budget! Cannot recommend this company highly enough. Already planning the next projects for them to do!

We live on a steep hill and the tree in question was in our backyard, limiting a company's ability to use a crane for removal. However, Solar had both the best price and the best customer service. I was contacted quickly, had the owner come out to quote within 48 hours, and the tree was down in about a week. The job was done in three days without a crane, which is impressive in itself, but they also cleaned up my yard of debris and put down hay for our grass to regrow. I literally only have good things to say about this whole experience and will certainly be using this company again in the future.

So I decided to go with NV Service based on these great reviews. Yea..can't always trust these Yelpers. So I gave NV a nice 2.5 star because I received an average type job. I wasn't home to watch them clean the house but someone was there to supervise. I asked how many people would be sent over..there was only ONE maid sent. As SOON as I came home, I saw dust in an area where everyone goes..the kitchen! I was like nah..I can already tell that it wasn't great, but I thought to myself that maybe the inspector will look over it..nope. That inspector tore into the house. Said it "needed to be recleaned." Now dont get me wrong, the place looked ok, but not good enough for what I paid. I even had to pay overtime because it was pushing the maid(s) into overtime. .Im sure I could clean better than the service I received. BEST PART OF STORY: I was going to be charged an extra 150 from my rental property to have it recleaned! No sir! I called my rental property and told them that I will clean it myself! So I got up at the crack of dawn and went to clean it myself. Yes. I. DID. THEIR. JOB. FOR. THEM! Like come on now..but its ok, while I cleaned it just gave me an idea to possibly invest in my own cleaning company to do a better than average job!

Parking is an issue in most townhouse neighborhoods; but my complaint involves the 10 minutes I was left standing and watching while waiting for the man operating the "lift" to answer my concern. This was not mid-day. This was @ 6:10 pm when many in the neighborhood return from the office. It wasn't an option to park temporarily in the neighbor's spot. The "lift" operator saw me approach on foot. But, he continued to lift logs to load onto the truck. It would have taken 60-90 seconds for him to shift the vehicle forward. Instead, he ignored me even though I stood next to the truck. When he put the lift in reverse, he did check my location to know I wasn't in his path; but he refused to acknowledge my presence. The company's customer service today equals zero to the negative numbers! It was insulting to be ignored in such a manner for the entire 10 minutes. In order for this company to remain in business, I sincerely hope more is done to address methods for interacting with business customers. Finally, the coworker moving the logs on the truck addressed me and said he'd move his truck when the job was finished. A few minutes later, my neighbor came out of his house stating the truck needed to be moved because he needed to exit the neighborhood. The employee working on the truck only then moved it. Deplorable customer service!
