The white oak was huge over 176 years old but they took it down safely with a highly skilled crew lead by expert crane operator. Truly a show to watch. They showed up on time, worked extremely hard and continued to cleanup the work areas throughout the process. The oak tree was right next to and overhanging the house, so naturally they blow off the roof when done. The entire tree removal process from obtaining the initial estimate to completion deserved an exceptional rating with superior value added. It was all the little things that were done during each day without asking that made it a pleasure to work with Tyson's. I first reached out the week of April 20 regarding an urgent irrigation issue. After multiple calls with no response, I was eventually told the delay was due to them training a new employee. That same explanation came up more than once. The owner later asked me to give them another chance and personally promised service on April 28. No one showed. I followed up and was told it "fell through the cracks." They rescheduled for May 2, 2:30-4:30 PM. Again--no call, no text, no show. At this point, repeated missed appointments and lack of communication speak for themselves. This isn't bad luck--it's a pattern. Eight years as a customer, and this is how it ends.
