Each class was so challenging and yet accessible and truly fun. Having never taken a class at Exhale (though I have my own practice) I was able to keep up due to the flow and perfect cuing. Loved, loved the use of the props as well (hello ankle weights on the reformer?!?!). Vibes were warm and welcoming and the studio absolutely gorgeous.

I enjoy cycling but was having problems with my knees and back as I increased my distances. I was hoping Pilates would help strengthen my legs and core as well as improve my flexibility. There is a definitely a sense of community and support. They push you hard- I get a way better full body workout here then I have at other barre studios. I love this and feel I get my money's worth/ especially if I'm taking a full 60 minute class versus the 50 minute express. On Tuesday afternoons Catherine teaches a Cardio Barre class and you do bursts of HITT workouts in addition to regular barre routines. Think jumping jacks, burpees, etc. It is a great way to get in some cardio and switch things up. The first class you try at Barre South is free and then.
