Jeremiah was on time and had given us many options in renovating our kitchen and master bath without breaking the bank. Quote along with plans was sent to us in a timely manner and we were able to make a decision quickly. They were able to start work rather quickly and crew that came was very well trained. Crew work fast but kept our furniture and personal belongings cleaned from debris and paint. Jeremiah is a very well organized manager. He kept us posted on the work progress and even when we had a delayed because the granite was not ready, the crew was able to continue working on other part of the renovation project. We resurfaced our cabinets, put in new granite top, faucet and sink, new kitchen floor tiles and fresh paint throughout the whole house. We also replaced our master bath vanity, mirror, light fixtures, toilet and re-tiled the whole bath. They took out the tub and tile a brand new standing shower as well. (Wife absolutely love the new standing shower with high pressure shower faucet) We also had wood flooring installed in our living room and dining room. The finish work was so amazing and high quality, it made our house looks like a million dollar home. If we had the money, we would have renovated the whole house. Definitely worth giving them a try for your next home renovations.

They sent a second Tech out after the first did not show for work the following day. This Tech paced back and forth appearing to be investigating the problem. I told the Tech we needed hvac. The Tech disappeared into the maintenance closet in the garage and a few moments later my husband and i heard him pull out of the driveway without giving us a status or an update on the condition of the system. Brandon Horton of Home Service Pro LLC arrived on time to review the work and discuss options. When work began there were many challenges. Brandon worked through all of them. We are absolutely 100% pleased with the results. The final results are 2 renovated bathrooms, a completely renovated kitchen. An addition on the back of the house. New siding, gutters wrap etc. I would highly recommend him. He is professional, reasonable, patient and knows what he is doing. Thank you, Brandon, for a job well done!

Mistakes will happen of course, and there were many but, when I asked a few times that they be repaired, they were addressed. However, in June 2023 when C&C was finalizing the deck, Mr. Mullins recommended that I use Ronald Owens to install gutter guards around my whole house since gutters were going to need to be replaced due to the new deck. The fee for the gutter guards was supposed to be $600 to which I agreed and included in my payment to C&C. Mr. Owens installed the guards while Mr. Mullins was working on my deck. Afterwards, each time it rained; the rain came down in a sheet of water in the front of my house despite the new gutter guards. I alerted Mr. Mullins to the issue while he was here, and he stated (without climbing on a letter and looking at the guards) that they were covered by debris falling from my trees and that he would return with a blower to remove the debris. He never returned - despite another reminder in person when they were painting my deck, two emails (starting in July 2023), 11 text messages and six photos of the gutter guards. The gutter guards are completely clear - I had perfect photos taken which I shared with Mr. Mullins hence, my pleas to fix the situation. However, he ignored by pleas for help. I have also called Mr. Owens three times, sent five text messages and sent a photo of the gutter guard showing that it is free of debris. Neither company is responding so, the gutter guards were a waste of money and time. In the event it is helpful to know these facts, I am placing them here. Thank you.
