Also lots of miscellaneous exhaust work in between. This last Monday I once again took a new to me vehicle (2020 Tacoma V6) in for a little less restrictive muffler. After some discussion, I (we) decided on an 18" DT free flow muffler, intended to result in a little rumble and less back pressure. Unfortunately, it was a bit too loud and had some minor drone on the highway. I went back on Thursday asking to go to the 24" version of the same muffler. My intent was to ask Kim (Manager) to slide me a bit on price, understanding the primary responsibility was mine. She would not hear of it. She swapped the mufflers out, charging me a small labor fee. I actually asked her to take more money. She declined, saying she wanted me happy, period. THIS is the reason good businesses survive and thrive. I have sent and will continue to refer friends to Bob's as/ where possible for the simple reason that they are the best and they completely own the entire process. I'm hopeful this review helps you to become a Bob's customer too!

Despite my limited knowledge of car culture and my numerous questions, they consistently provided insightful answers and examples. Their honesty, educational approach, and understanding of my requests were greatly appreciated. I was usually an extra 30-45min just to example to be the pro and con or just answering my questions. I am typically very selective about who I allow to work on my vehicle. However, from the moment I entered their establishment to inquire about a basic estimate for my initial plan of installing air suspension, I never felt as though they were solely interested in acquiring my money. Furthermore, I was under significant time constraints, with only two weeks to complete a substantial amount of work. They collaborated with me and even worked (almost 2 hours past closing) overtime to ensure that my vehicle was completed on schedule. Additionally, whenever the project exceeded their initial projections, they would promptly contact me, either by phone or text message, to provide updates and seek my approval. And even discount the cost when I didn't even ask which help me alot and even lyft ride to and back. I was genuinely surprised by their willingness to go above and beyond in these seemingly minor aspects. These small gestures greatly contributed to my trust in their expertise and professionalism, ultimately leading me to confidently recommend their services to my friends and family. They sat with me for 30 minutes trouble shooting and finally was able to find the issue. They slid me in to the rotation, made the minor fix and I was on my way. They were not going to charge me. I ended buying a wireless dongle...works great and as always a great solution.
