No response, so I called Ketch A Ride only 30 minutes before I was due at my doctor's. I was told they would try their best, but the last minute call would make it difficult for them to get me there on time. I called my doctor's office just in case. Ketch A Ride showed up and got me to my appointment 5 minutes early! I called them again when my appointment was over and they were there to pick me up in less than 15 minutes. The driver also was kind enough to take me to mail a letter and pay a bill on the way home. I will definitely call them again!

He quoted $10 per head for our family of four to get to a hotel just off base (10 minute drive), clearly taking advantage of our situation. While in the cab, he sped through a red light and answered a call quoting some poor couple $20 per head to get to a nearby hotel. I understand supply and demand, but I also understand predatory companies taking advantage of our military families. I don't typically do this, but I felt it was necessary. If you have to fly into Dover, try to make other arrangements. As it was, we felt stuck and taken advantage of.
