I called back at 9:57 twice and the voicemail came on immediately so I know he shut his phone off. Lousy customer service. If he was not interested in coming out to pick us up I'd rather him just said so. Business must be good to provide such crappy service whenever he wants. AMC Gram needs to update the Taxi/Limo Services provided and take off all the ones only interested in the Airport trips only. Thank you Ride with Wynn for leaving myself along with my 3 young children without a ride, if you don't want to provide service 24 hours/ 7 days a week like listed then remove yourself from the information sheet.

One of the best decisions of my life in Lewes was hiring Lindt Luxury Transportation to pick us up…read moreat our home and take us to the Philadelphia International Airport. The booking process was super easy and I felt the price was worth it when I considered tolls, gas, and the cost of paying to park our car near the airport for two weeks. We received confirmation emails and our driver's personal cell phone number so we could send and receive texts from him. Our highly trained, certified chauffer Larry picked us up on time in a sparkling clean black SUV, dressed in a crisp white shirt and black dress pants. He loaded our very heavy luggage and greeted us warmly. There were a variety of beverages in his Yeti cooler, and a box of snacks as well. We chose our music from the Sirius radio, but really just enjoyed pleasant conversation as we completely relaxed on the drive to the airport. Our vacation truly did begin when we got in that beautiful car. When we arrived at the airport, Larry unloaded our luggage and we were on our way. We received a text before we left Aruba from Larry confirming our reservation and another text when we arrived at the airport. Larry met us inside the airport at the luggage claim and moved our luggage to the car when we were ready. We enjoyed another very calm, relaxing ride back to Lewes after nearly a day of travel leaving Aruba. I HIGHLY recommend this service and will be extremely likely to use Lindt Luxury Transportation in the future if I plan to fly out of Philadelphia International Airport. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I needed to arrange transportation for my elderly uncle from the Eastern Shore of Maryland to BWI…read more... my ideal situation was for someone to retrieve him at his home and ensure he was headed in the right direction at the busiest airport in the region, then pick him up at BWI a week later after his first international flight. Eek! It was nerve wracking! Andre to the rescue! Andre didn't hesitate to take on this responsibility. He was very communicative, reassuring, and nimble ... we also had to deal with flight changes, that he accommodated without hesitation. Andre went above and beyond to ensure my uncle's safety and comfort, which was an incredible relief to me--I felt like he and I were a team. I'm grateful beyond measure for his professionalism and kindness; we will use Sorrell Elite Transportation again and I highly recommend them!

Ok, this wasn't the worst place ever, but there are several issues that give it 3 stars. First, the…read morelady at the desk was somewhat rude upon check in. She asked if we needed a 30A adapter. We said no, because we were just tenting it and their power center has 110V and that is all we need. Had to go back later to get said adapter because none of the 110V outlets work. So she got short with us because now we needed it. Apparently once these outlets quit working they don't fix them. Too expensive. Later we find that the 30A outlet doesn't work either. So, we used the neighboring site outlet. Bath house was clean albeit rather dated looking. There was about 2 feet of green mold on the outside. These people are crazy with dozens of rules and signs everywhere. A bit over the top. Speed limit signs are in 1/2 mph increments. Still trying to figure that one out. We probably won't be back.
