I'm in town this week for work and our group ordered from BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse through DoorDash. When the food got delivered, we realized the driver had only picked up one bag, so we were missing most of the order for our group of five. We called the restaurant just to explain what happened, and the manager we spoke with was honestly one of the nicest people I've ever dealt with. Even though it clearly wasn't their fault, he immediately offered to remake the entire order for us. No hassle, no attitude--just genuinely great customer service. Honestly, I haven't even eaten the food yet, but the way the manager and employees handled the situation already made this a great experience. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful, and they really went out of their way to make it right. We had dinner and both ordered off the pazooki menu. We also ordered an appetizer off of the happy hour menu. The food was great, but the service was not. They have some really good deals, which we love. They were very crowded and it seemed short staffed. We would try to call our waitress, but she would always look the other direction. But like I said, the food was really good. The pazooki meals are only thirteen dollars and you receive a dessert with them at the end of your meal. We ordered the smash burger meal and the fried chicken, which comes with mashed potatoes, gravy and corn. Both were super yummy. We also ordered the guacamole and chips from the happy hours menu $4. George Matt Grandsons 16th birthday reservations at 5pm for 10. We were all on time BJ's had a light crowd no waiting seated immediately. We were greeted by Matt and George. Our waiters for the evening both were friendly and good at their job. Drinks were brought out , appetizers ordered BJ's has a great atmosphere comfortable seating numerous TVs. Lots of sports. Our appetizers were out shortly avocado egg rolls, everyone's favorite and they didn't disappoint delicious. Matt and George took our orders and It wasn't long before our entrées arrived. I had the Santa Fe salad wife strawberry chicken My son had huge steak, clam chowder in a bread bowl looked appealing, gigantic hamburgers. Pepperoni pizza We covered the whole menu to many to note. No complaints by anyone George and Matt were busy. A Pazooki was brought out for my grandson he shared it and and finished it all. BJ's was ready for the holiday weekend. Love BJ's, another good default restaurant you can't go wrong with. Similar to Yardhouse or Cheesecake Factory. Got the Asian Salad with chicken, and it was better than I thought! Low calorie, healthy, but filling. My personal favorites from all my visits are the avocado egg rolls and the pizookies. Gotta love how they add seasonal flavors to the pizookies. For beer, a good default is the Jeremiah Red. Service is hit or miss depending on your server and of course how busy they are. read more

I was invited to a graduation dinner and I'm so glad we made reservations ahead of time. The place was jam packed with guests waiting for a table, and fortunately we only had a brief wait. Our waitress was very friendly and patient with us. We had a large party and I applaud the excellent communication and execution by the waitress, cooks and staff! In spite of our large party and how busy it was everything was cooked accurately and efficiently. (Take note McDonald's and other affiliated restaurants it IS possible and it CAN be done.) I have my favorite foods but I always like to try different entree's and explore different foods and flavors so tonight I went with the baby back pork ribs Let me tell you...These ribs may have completely derailed my explorative interests I don't think I'll ever be able to order anything else here again. These ribs were outstanding! I don't like to get my hands messy when eating so I ordered mine dry with sauce on the side but still. These ribs were so juicy and flavorful, and tender! I've ordered ribs at a few different restaurants and let me tell you that Chili's or Outback ribs ain't got nothing on BJ's! The steamed broccoli and baked potato were also delicious. I came here for lunch on Wednesday and had their $13 Pizookie meal deal with the smash burger entree. I love the smash burger here and the fries always come out fresh and crispy. The burger has lettuce and pickles and the meat itself always has juice and flavor, the pizookie is a must especially when it comes with your meal and is cheaper than a regular entree. For lunch we were seated very quickly and our waitress was kind, quick and prompt! We had a great time with convos, overhead music and plenty of tvs around. Typically when i'm here it's around dinner time and the wait is usually quite long, but to come here for lunch on a weekday was a nice change of pace and we were in and out pretty quick with full bellies. read more

They have an entire beer menu in their menu and an entire beer menu on their wall. They even have tons of beer handles at the bar. But...apparently it's all for show. We had the best birthday lunch for our son. keto and Mikayla were our servers. And they both were phenomenal! We didn't have to wait long for our food and with our picky kids Keto got the order perfect the first time. They both were very accommodating and friendly. I only went back here because my daughter wanted a pozookie for her birthday. 12 of us dined here and almost all the food was disgusting. I ordered a steak with mashed potatoes and asparagus. The steak looked boiled. I got the garlic butter and it was not butter at all it looked like something I can't say and it tasted like old garlic. The asparagus was thinner than a chopstick. We received half the tables food before everyone else and a full 15 minutes later the other half got their food. The waitress and Vissers never took old plates so we had to pile them in the middle. Drinks were not refilled. The waitress was made aware of our food being cold and gross and told us that she gave a stern message to the cooks. The manager was called and instead of rectifying the situation he took off the gratuity and punished the server! Absolute terrible management and I will never go back here. read more

My wife is a huge BJs fan and convinced to order this for dinner on DoorDash the other night and I've been sleeping on BJs! They are awesome!! On New Year's Day, we didn't feel like going out so we ordered BJs and within 45 min I had my food at my house. My wife ordered a salad and she loved it. Great price, large salad, no complaints here. I decided to go with a kids pizza for 9.99. It came with fries and a small drink. I threw on a couple more toppings at 1.99 each but I'm happy that I did. My pizza was excellent and I loved the deep dish. Overall, I can't wait to have them again. I'm huge pizza lover and I can decently get down with Chicago style / deep dish pizza, and BJs is great. Been here a couple of times. The first one was just for their pizzookie (hey, don't judge!) and the second and latest one was for some drinks with friends. They have a wide selection of drinks and food. Since we wanted to try different drinks, we went for their margarita flight. Good choice, I think, spicy mango was our hands down favorite! We paired our drinks with their deep dish nachos. Very good size, good but not really exceptional. It was more than enough to fill two not-so-hungry people. Overall restaurant vibe was nice. Absolutely love coming to BJ's for lunch. Currently they have a $13 lunch menu that comes with a mini pazookie and it is the perfect amount of food and dessert! My husband went with the smokehouse Burger. The patty was cooked absolutely perfect - medium well. I went with the strawberry fields salad, though I did substitute feta cheese in place of the blue cheese. Still, it was absolutely delicious and filling. For dessert I chose the brownie fudge pazookie and it was heaven! We made a reservation for Mother's Day, and when we arrived, we waited about 20 minutes before our name was called. Once we were seated, our waitress promptly took our drink orders. We chose a variety of dishes, including shrimp jambalaya, a whole pepperoni pizza, buffalo chicken wings, honey chicken wings, habanero chicken wings, and a kids' meal. It took about 30 minutes for our food to arrive, and I ordered some mojitos and strawberry lemonade, both of which were delicious. Overall, the food was fantastic--the chef did an outstanding job! I ordered through Uber Eats so I'm aware that by the time my order gets to me, it's not going to be hot. There was a group of us and so we ordered some appetizers, a pizza and dessert. The appetizers, guacamole, and spinach artichoke dip were delicious. The pizza which was a margarita pizza with basil and mushrooms was awful. There wasn't enough cheese, and the basil was burnt. In terms of the desserts, each one of them came with ice cream. However, the ice cream was not delivered. What bugs me the most is this isn't the first time that this is happened when ordering the cookie dessert that includes ice cream. This is my third time ordering the dessert and the third time the ice cream was not included. Third times the charm for me. No more ordering from BJ's when using Uber eats. read more

We've been to BJs a few times, and I've never had any problems. Last night, Valentine's Day dinner was great. It was crowded and noisy, but that is to be expected. We did not have to wait more than 10 minutes for a table. Food is always very good, especially the Sliders...mmmmmm. Booths and even tables are good size, and they're not too close to each other. BJs is a great place to check out for happy hour and daily specials. Taking note their happy hour now ends at 6:00, instead of 7:00. We had the Thursday night special of a rack of ribs, 2 sides and a pizookie for $24 that my husband and I shared. Both kids enjoyed their kids meals. We were a very tired party of THIRTY parents and cheerleaders who had a long day of competition. We went in around 10pm expecting to be separated because there were so many of us. A few of us parents went to the bar to grab a drink while we waited. Drinks were on point, service was great at the bar. We ended up being sat all together and our server, I didn't get her name, was excellent. Of course it took a minute to get drinks out to us, but she was very nice about it and still prompt. Drinks came out before food, as did appetizers. They did a great job of expediting food as it came out and even brought out condiments right away as they were asked for. We expected to wait a while for our food, but after our order was taken it came out pretty quickly. My drink I ordered was delicious and well made, refills for water and soda were done in a timely manner. The pizza was good but also dry. Our service was wonderful. She always kept our drinks full and asked if we wanted any to go. I just assumed I had reviewed this place already but apparently not. Well our daughter picked this place for dinner last night so here you go. Prior to COVID this place had one of the largest menus I'd ever seen. Here's one of the few positives from COVID, the menu has been seriously condensed. Usually the service is pretty good, last night was a Friday and they were fairly busy so I will write the mediocre service off as a one off. The inside is aesthetically what you would expect from a brewery with plenty of TVs and an overall good and fun vibe. The garlic knots that used to come on the kids COMPLIMENTARY (yes you read that right, free) appetizer plate are now goldfish crackers. When we asked what happened to the knots they said they don't have them anymore however, they now offer garlic breadsticks for the labor if requested and again COMPLIMENTARY! They were very soft, warm , buttery, garlic goodness. They also have some pretty good lunch specials with pricing comparable to fast food with a higher quality food. read more
