Not often do you see FIVE stars! There's a reason! I moved into a beautiful home our sanctuary after many years of looking for our last home! I loved the land the area the everything except my floors (limestone)! I just couldn't make it mine! I called Greg he came out the same day for an estimate and scheduled the same week! It took him and his amazing crew two days of hard work to get my floors done. He honed, cleaned and polished them. Greg is passionate about his work, perfectionist I would say! When I came downstairs and saw my floors for the first time I literally almost cried!!! They looked brand new and instantly I was home!! He exceeded my expectations they were a mess and I could have never imaged the wonderful result! My husband couldn't be happier because we are BOTH home now! Thank you Greg will see you again in a few years!!! Don't hesitate to call them! Eternally Grateful for your passion! Debra Keller read more

I was at the end of a four-month remodeling project and everything looked great...EXCEPT the fireplace. After 30 years, it needed a little attention too. Bizaillion Floors restored the stone to better than it looked when it was installed! I was a little concerned about the custom cabinets and wood floor, but they were very careful not to damage the walls, cabinetry or floor. The fireplace is the center of attention again thanks to Bizaillion Floors! Thank you, Greg! read more

Helped polish out etching and return shine of newly installed limestone floors and then applied sealer. We are very happy with polishing but he didn't seem to be interested in helping us get some stains out or advice with maintenance. Stains we pointed out he would say that is natural stone variations when we saw it was a spill and my husband even cleaned it up. read more

Bizaillion Floors came and demonstrated what would work in polishing our 70 yr old terrazzo floors, testing a small patch under the area rug we wanted to get rid of. We felt it would be good enough so they came back a few days later and polished the whole floor. They moved our furniture out and back, kept the worksite clean and organized, and did a great job giving us back a beautiful floor. read more

Revitalized Floors = Rejuvenated Home Greg Bizaillion has not only revitalized our slate flooring, he renewed my faith in contractors! What a great guy who has a real passion for what he does, and does well! I'm blown away by the improvement in the surface of our natural slate tiles and the unbelievable lightening/brightening of what were seriously shabby/dingy grout lines. This is a company that under-promises and over-delivers ... not something one can expect these days! Greg's work ethic is impressive, he and his crew friendly, courteous and professional ... on top of being efficient and effective. Can't recommend their service and this company highly enough. Thank you, Greg, Deb & Eric for resuscitating our slate floors!! read more

I definitely recommend this company if you want to get your floors cleaned! These guys are hard workers, even scrubbing on their hands and knees to make our floors look as good as possible. After our home was flooded, getting the floors cleaned was the last thing we did. So, our floors were not only filthy from the flood waters, they also had Sheetrock dust, paint, caulk, and mud. When they finished our floors looked better than they ever had since we moved in! Greg was great to work with; he answered the phone every time we called, and offered suggestions to make our grout look better. We would definitely use him again! read more

Company run with uncommon integrity! Greg came to give an estimate and restore a sample area on my slate floors to show me what kind of results I would get. After making a thorough evaluation, he explained that he saw some deterioration in the high-traffic areas. He said he wasn't sure that the restoration would give me the durability that would be expected since the stone had been exposed and partially degradated. He gave me an honest estimate, answered my questions thoroughly, and didn't try to influence my decision. I greatly appreciated his truthfulness and professionalism and would highly recommend this company! read more

Greg is a true artist and made our floors look better than they did when our house was new! He cleaned stripped, and polished our travertine tile floor until it shined like gemstones. He took great care to cover all cabinets, molding, walls etc. to keep them protected during the entire process. He worked painstakingly for hours until our floor completely sparkled! I am absolutely delighted with his work and recommend him very highly. read more

Greg and his team did a great job on our Travertine floor. He took his time to explain what he was going to do and after he cleaned and sealed the floors he told us how to maintain them, he also provided the cleaning solution for the floors. He sealed the grout on all the bathrooms and kitchen granite countertops. Even though it is pricey, he was able to match other company's estimate and we would definitely use his company in the future. read more

These guys know their stuff! We had a Travertine tile floor that had been grouted with epoxy grout. The grout had stained the floor and it looked dirty all the time. The tile company had tried to clean it with poor results. We called Bizaillion. Within a few hours of our initial contact we had an appointment for next morning. They did a single tile for us to show what they could do and gave us a price. Initially it seemed expensive, but once we saw all the different diamond pads and the equipment, it seemed well worth it. Once finished, it did not even look like the same floor. The floor has a nice "old world" satin finish and looks fantastic. We are extremely pleased. read more

Bizaillion Floors polished all of our travertine counter tops and bathroom floors and did an incredible job!! We are so pleased with their work. They were wonderful to work with and were so reasonable price wise. We had gotten several other quotes and they beat them all significantly. We will definitely use them in the future, and have already recommended them to friends and family. read more

Wonderful company and service. Greg and his team cleaned and restored in one day a large area of old Saltillo tile which had white water stains. He explained what was wrong, how it got that way, how they would fix it and gave me the extra sealant to use in the future. The floor looks great now! And his service / repair was a mere pittance - $2K - as opposed to the cost of ripping out all the tile and getting new flooring in an area of 500+ square feet. I highly recommend this company, and I would use them again and again. Thank you, InterCeramic, for referring me to Bizaillion Floors! read more

Although it was pricey I was very pleased with the results after my Travertine floor was cleaned and honed.

I have travertine floors that are approximately 14 years old. We have cared for them appropriately having them professionally cleaned several times. Mark (I believe the son), cleaned my floors for the very first time this week. Although I have used Bizaillion Floors before, Mark has never cleaned them. My husband called me at work when he got home to tell me that I was not going to believe how beautiful the floors were. Even with that commentary, I was shocked when I returned home to see the floors gleaming back at me. We have 3 kids and pets- these floors can get pretty dirty. We have NEVER had our floors look this beautiful before- even when Bizaillion previously cleaned them. I will never allow anyone but Mark at Bizaillion Floors clean them. He may look young, but he has clearly been in the family business for years and I think his technique is outstanding. If I had taken a picture of the before- I would force them to put it on their website! Mark and his team were incredibly diligent with our furniture removal and their pride in ensuring our floors looked the best they could. I swear they look brand new. I am forever a converted customer to Bizaillion and Mark in particular. Cleaning travertine is not cheap- but this was worth every penny. read more
