This facility is terrible. If I could leave zero stars I would. The office manager, Michael…read moreThompson, called me to tell me I was to blame for getting upset with an ultra sound tech. Instead of asking me what happened, he had already made up his mind and told me my behavior was incredibly innapropriate and I was not welcomed back at the facility. He blamed me for getting upset with his ultra sound tech for administering the wrong test and for questioning me about what the doctor had prescribed. I asked her multiple times to look at my chart. She instead placed blame on me for confusing her and nastily said "Geeze" Like it was my fault for her being confused. She proceeded to try and tell my boyfriend what had happened and never once apologized. The office manager called me to tell me that I was not allowed at the office and that it was my fault for reacting that way. He never took responsibility for the inappropriate and unprofessional behavior that his ultra sound tech had displayed. It was all my fault and they were all innocent. Michael Thompson told me that his ultra sound tech was a highly well like employee and she could not do anything wrong and that it was solely on me. I do not recommend going to this facility.

My appointment was for 2:15 (bad time because of the school next door). Wait time wasn't horrible. Staff was really lovely. The Dr herself was amazing. Super friendly and stuck around to answer any questions that I had.... which makes any wait time ok - if a Dr. spends that much time with you, they will do the same with other patients. At no point did I feel rushed. Very happy with my choice.

The staff has always processed us through rather quickly. If some people are experiencing a long wait time, it may be because the doctors take their time with patients. An emergency appointment can cut into their schedule and back up appointments. People have to expect that occasional problem and realize that they would also want the doctor to take the time if they were to experience such an emergency unscheduled appointment.

I should have gone to CVS which I have in the past ($25) and thought I'd go to AM/PM to save 5 minutes. BEWARE! No wonder this place is empty. Unacceptable, I suffered terribly after going here. Please read this…read more I had a small but uncomfortable red spot at the base of my nostril (1/2 size of a dime, maybe smaller) This "doctor" took my urine, after examining my nose and sdvising me to FIRST, fill script THEN, follow up with my dermatologist. She said I'll be back in a few to provide you with paperwork, diagnosis and script. Someone came in, one of the staff members and hand me a cup and said she wants your urine to be tested - I had no idea why or how this could be when we were just together and it was about my nose. I asked him what for? He replied she will have to go over that with you. So I did it. This doctor came back in and I asked why she took my urine and she said, I almost don't believe I'm writing this, I've run several tests for STDs. I absolutely lost my mind! First of all who the hell is she to question anything like that she would need to ask me some questions about my sexual activity, I asked her what STDs has to do with my nose she had no answer. I left there and for some strange reason since it had been burning under my nose I figured let me fill this prescription Huge mistake! I was then in a situation where I was given a VERY strong, dangerous ointment which resulted in a SEVERE infection - taking the entire side of my face over & according to my dermatologist exasperating anything that could have been wrong to begin with as well as causing this to be 1 DAY away from my bloodstream. Yes, I am filing suit. PLEASE BE CAREFUL.
