To me, it has the mouth feel of tofu on the outside, but a nice firm but tender chew. The chili sauce is pretty spicy but quite tasty. Lastly, the aloo tikki chaat eats like curried mashed potatoes because it's take out, but I like the format. The chaat masala topping breaks up the mashed potato texture and adds crunch.
