Withy Gate is charming and endearing. There is an adorable courtyard with a grill, table, four chairs, and an umbrella. It creates a lovely outdoor respite--as the cottage is situated far back on the lot. Thus, it's very private. Inside the cottage is a well-equipped kitchen, great bathroom with a deep tub for a relaxing soak, and a comfy Sleep Number bed. Just select your comfort number and drift off. Kris has a great selection of information for sightseeing, antiquing, outdoor activities, and restaurants. She is also a phone-call or text away for assistance. I loved my stay! Although I will say, it ran out of hot water half way through, so the only improvement I would suggest would be to fix that somehow. A wonderfully cozy, romantic, sweet place tucked in the Lolo mountains and national forest. Just simply lovely. I would highly recommend.

And then you have the kitchen area and outside patio. We had great views of the train and mountains facing the back/parking lot and we had views of the river as well. The house is maybe a 10 min walk from popular eateries. It's right next to the doubletree that has a riverfront restaurant FINN, which I recommend going for haply hour. It's also near the library which is brand new and has amazing facilities. We even reserved a meeting room on the too floor! There aren't any cons, except for lots of stairs and creaky floors. We didn't hear our neighbors at all. There was a shania twain concert when we were there, held at the Washington-Grizzly Stadium. We could hear it pretty well from our room! The room was thoughtfully prepared. We were provided toiletries, extra blankets, cooking utensils, etc.
